I want to get a haircut today because my usual hairdresser went on vacation and I needed a haircut. Went in there and didn't really recognize anyone because I used to go here. There was a young kid named Alex fresh out of cosmetology school cutting someone's hair. I think he did a good job on the guys hair. This customer complained and said he was going to write a bad review, I thought it was wrong. When the gentleman left I asked Alex how long you've been cutting hair. He said two months, I just graduated from cosmetology school. I told him, "I want you to cut my hair". He did a great job. I love it and I don't let anyone, just anyone touch my hair. I have yet to get a quality haircut here . And all they do is keep raising the price. Todays haircut was drastically incorrect from what I requested. I even showed a picture and reassured throughout the process. Still screwed it up and only gave me $2 off when my whole back of my head was shaved off and I asked to leave it. Now I gotta wait another 2 months to grow it all back to where it was before she cut it. Might me my last time getting my cut here after today. read more

I have been in Supercuts on 380 twice in the past month. The first time, the store was completely empty and we were turned away bc we did not sign in online. The person said, he had an appointment at 4pm and I said, it's 4:15. He said he could not help me bc he had to wait for the person that was already late. He refused to cut my son's hair. Same thing happened today bc we didn't sign in online. There were 2 stylists and only one was busy. After realizing that we only needed on haircut and not 3 bc we all came in together they decided it was ok and that they would cut my son's hair only to tell me it was cash only. Put a sign on the door!! I will never take my boys there again. Get your customer service together. Ridiculous. read more

I WAS a loyal customer at this location but after I made an online appointment at 1p for 2:30p I cooled my heels around the house - waiting. When I got to the salon a man and his two kids were waiting. The chair with the person I requested opened up right at 2:30, but they chose to take the dad and kids because "they had been waiting a while". What's the point of taking a reservation if you're not going to honor it? If you're a walk-in you do so with the understanding that there may be a wait...like I'm doing at another salon now as I write this. I could've waited and probably gotten my hair cut sooner than I will now, but it's the POINT of it all. read more

Supercuts has always been the standby for a quick haircut and a month ago I needed a cut before a meeting. Erin cut my hair exactly as I wanted, spending additional time to make sure I was presentable for the meeting. Two weeks later I used the Supercuts app and booked another appointment with Erin. Unsure of how I feel about it here. The staff is very friendly. I've had a decent haircut here and my boyfriend has had a good haircut. HOWEVER, he also received one very poor haircut. Before he left his hair was swiped off to the side with some product so he couldn't tell there. But after he got home and put it back to normal and I got to see the sides and back. Wow. The front was so many different lengths, not at all even. Behind one ear was sharp corners instead of a smooth curved line, the other ear had this strange multi layer of lengths going on. On the back by his neck it had random long pieces of hair here and there. And on top of his head he had this random patch of long hair, a bit thicker than Alfalfa's little stick up piece, but I'm sure we could've styled it that way. Maybe like a Narwhal? Be careful with who you get here. You may get lucky or you may become a Narwhal. Oh, and when I got my haircut there they didn't clean up any hair from the boy who's hair they cut before me. His hair was still all over the chair, the floor, and the poncho they put over me. Gross. read more

Kaylee or kalee usually cut my hair. But since they weren't in, Charlotte cut my hair. I left crying. She didn't listen to a word I said. Just a trim. She took at least off an inch and my hair is a medium length bob. You know what just a trim means..right? I explained it all to her. Called home office. I have been to Supercuts in the past as well as many other hair salons and I don't think I've ever been as happy with a haircut as I have been when I got my hair cut by Andrea at Supercuts on 380. My hair had gotten really long and unmanageable so I decided to get my hair cut. I hadn't cut my hair in about a year or so and it desperately needed it. Went in for a trim, shampoo and dry. I was quoted $55 just to dry my hair! I left! This salon had nobody in it! No wonder.

Had my haircut just now, place smelled like crap, literally!! Then my haircut took less then 2 minutes, girl asked if it looked fine, told her as long as there was no long straggling Hairs she missed them I guess so. Get home, long hairs everywhere on the side of my head that stand out like a sore thumb. Was charged $17 for 2 minutes of service then even asked her if it looked right and was told yes. Funny, have not had my hair cut here--came in @ 7:30pm they close at 8pm a couple people came in after me for cuts--being in the service industry for soooo long, I let them know I would be back tomorrow so they could finish their shift. They said no worries, we have the time, even offered me a coupon to come back--I'm going back because they were so real and attentive--great customer service is hard to find these days--hope I enjoy my haircut ! read more
