Worst haircut I've ever gotten. Removed the sideburns (not like i had massive ones to begin with) but turned that into a straight line even though i asked for a fade. If you are a male with straight hair, do not go here. They are trying to churn out as many elderly people who are just getting a basic buzz cut as possible. read more

walked in saying I needed a half skin fade and the said they don't do barbering haircuts. She said 90% of their clients are men, though they only do simple haircuts. I got confused with how she was telling me how intricate a skin fade is. I didn't take the risk. I lost all confidence in their ability to do A haircut. read more

Went into Supercuts in Bellaire Plaza to have approximately 4 inches taken off. The greeter advised me that my regular stylist was not working that day, even tho' he walked in halfway through my hair cut. The hair cutter, (I would not call her a stylist at all !!) Hannah Hayes did my hair instead. She did the worst job ever !! There are sections that are way shorter than others and I had to eventually say to Hannah "Enough" as she had no idea how to fix her mistakes and I was not going shorter. Not only is Hannah Hayes at this Supercuts location a liar she is also a terrible hair cutter. When I came time for checking out and I did not leave a tip, she gave me the look. Stood there for 5 minutes not one of the girls even said hi to me. Called to ask for manager and complain but they did it even answer so here's a 1 star for this establishment. Very rude and won't be back not to mention I run/ my family owns restaurants all around nearby and I'll be sure to tell people NOT to go here. read more

Normally I wouldn't recommend Supercuts and I would say go to your local barbershop but if you go to the Supercuts in Daytona at the belair plaza on North Atlantic make sure you ask for Isa! He is by far the best barber in there, and has now made me a frequent customer at that location. I won't go anywhere else now that I have met him! Between his customer service skills and his barber skills Isa is what the model employee should resemble. One day I hope he runs his own barber shop or Supercuts promotes him to manager. I will be back for sure! 10/10. read more

I've been many times. Haircut is is great, but when you do the online check in, you can wait up to 90 minutes because they don't understand how to take walk ins and appointments. Ok, too many people. Will never go back after my last visit. The lady Kim that has cut my hair 20 times, thanks for being a complete. Found a new barber. read more

I went with my husband on Monday for haircuts. He got the best haircut he has had in ages from our stylist, Kim. My hair wasn't behaving too well. I came back 3 days later and asked Kim for a small correction. I like this haircut, and the Paul Mitchell products she put on my hair. I wish I could come to this salon more often, but we live out of state. Where we live too many places closed or lost their stylists. Kim is a very nice stylist. read more

i have never had luck at this place. I have given it a few years and have never had a good haircut. I have come and gone, keeping on giving it more chances. In addition, even with the on-line check in, I was told I would have a 90 minute wait during my last visit. I didn't wait. Other locations are better. read more

Great service! I walked in 15 minutes before closing, but the stylist took me anyway. The hair stylist dutifully cleaned up before she invited me to sit in the chair. She was very friendly and gave me a great cut to boot! Can't get better service than that! read more

The person who usually cuts my hair couldn't, had someone else. Came home with hair feeling like gum, the shampoo wasn't even rinsed all out, and did not have hair sectioned when cut, just wacked off. Not a 40.00 job. Very disappointed. read more
