When we called, we were told that the treatment would only remove SOME of the curl, which we were never told. spent far too much money and did not get the results I was expecting. My hair is still incredibly frizzy, which we were told when calling her that the treatment was supposed to fix. Ended up talking to the owner, and she talked down to me like a child. was very rude, has no people skills. Blamed us for the 'misunderstanding'. I was never told that my pictures would be posted on their page and if I had known would never had consented to having my photos taken. Will never return, this salon is incredibly misleading in their business practice, and the owner is incredibly rude. Update: The owner called us today. She yelled and ranted and cussed us out, and told my grandmother she needed to get me under control.

Keep in mind that I am writing from the male perspective, but I have been a customer of high end salons since 2001 (Bumble and Bumble in New York, Michelle's Salon and Day Spa in the Berkshires, G20 Spa & Salon in Boston, just to name a few), and I would say that aside from the unnecessary frills (aka views of the Manhattan skyline, iced coffee, etc.) this place is just as good if not better than the best salon or barber I have ever been to. The only stylist who comes close is Shelly of Dellaria salon in Brookline, Massachusetts. I know that for some people, especially women I imagine, putting your trust in a new stylist can be scary, but from what I have observed as a customer, everyone comes away thrilled with their new haircut, coloring, extensions, etc. Me on the other hand; I just get the haircut, but her artistry and attention to detail is perfect for me. Totally satisfied customer and would recommend to anyone (male, female, or however you self-identify).

She said yes but that would be an upcharge. I tried to show her a photo of how my mother likes her hair and she barely took the time to glance at it. She was supposed to do a simple bob blow dry, the kind that slightly curls under but she made my mother's hair look pin straight. Even the bangs were completely straight where normally they would curl under. My mother asked if she could at least curl them under a little (you could see the disappoinment on my mother's face) but she said she'd need the curling iron for that and that would be an upcharge as well so my mother declined. Then as my mother was paying she pointed 2-3 at the screen saying, that's where you leave a tip. Then again, "you put the tip in there".
