I can't get over how bad this haircut is. I made an error booking with my regular stylist, so I stopped by Supercuts thinking anybody could handle a simple trim. She trimmed my curtain bangs by cutting them straight across at lip level. The back, usually "long layers," is now essentially three separate bobs (the underneath bob, the shorter middle bob, and the shortest outer bob). Slick-back ponytails for a few weeks until it's long enough to fix. Two starts because they were nice. read more

I have been coming here for years with my family of 4. On Sunday Feb 28th you had two stylists wearing mesh/see through glitter masks. Anyone knows this is the favorite mask of the anti maskers. I could see right through to the nose and mouth of the stylists.PLEASE keep our community safe and make your stylists wear proper masks!!!!! We are a very safe family and been holding off getting our hair cut until cases coming down only to be surprised by anti maskers wearing fake masks at Super Cuts EDH. read more

Shocked to find out that they don't follow the state laws regarding masks and disabled people. My daughter will not wear a mask for an extended period of time due to her disability and I was told they couldn't give her a hair cut. That I should go to a local salon for service - since they are a national company. Well Great Clips down the street accommodated us and will be getting our business from now on. read more

I needed a haircut, bad. My hair was too thick and needed a good trim. However, I left with my hair looking like I'm a waitress from the south named Debra (no offense just the easiest way to describe it) I already had layers that were too my chin and I just wanted them trimmed up, except she trimmed them up and then started texturizing, and texturizing, and texturizing, and texturizing over and over until now the Mohawk section of my hair is about 2 inches long. I showed her 5 pictures to ensure that this wasn't going to happen but it did. I feel ugly and I feel like there is nothing I can do (other than shave my head) I am very disappointed that I spend $35 on a haircut and wash to pamper myself during a stressful time in my life and now I get to spend more money on headbands until my weird mullet grows out. I am very upset and frustrated with my experience and will NEVER go back to this location. Just wish I could go back and not get my haircut here. read more

I went here recently and it was a pretty good experience. The location is stellar. It's in the same shopping center as Nugget and many other nicer shops. The ambiance is classy and trendy. There is plenty of parking and spacious on the inside. As soon as I walked inside I was greeted by a host right away. I asked her if there was time for me to receive a quick trim- just an inch or two. She quoted me 30 plus minutes- and then double checked with the stylist to make sure. I was then placed on a list and waited in the lobby area for my turn. There are convenient restrooms for customers and hairstyling products for sale. I purchased a bottle of Its A 10 leave in conditioner spray. I love that stuff! I'm grateful they sell it here. By the time it was my turn- it was way less than 30 minutes, which I was grateful for. The woman that cut my hair was super friendly and nice. She was conversational and listened to my request well. She sprayed the bottom of my hair with a water spray bottle- and then started trimming my ends. She had me stand for the last part of it. It probably took her 10 minutes at most to finish- it was pretty quick. Nothing fancy, but got the job done efficiently. I would suggest this place and I will be back. For a limited time they are offering Rivercat tickets- if you receive a few haircuts on a stamp card* ask the stylist about it! read more

Even when you call in wait time is 20 min. The store is not that busy but the girls are lazy, take long breaks between customers. 5 min haircut 40 min wait. read more

I called ahead for a haircut and some guy answered the phone right from the beginning has an attitude doesn't want to talk to me tells me they don't do this and I don't do that even though I've been going To Supercuts for years but not to that store and that's why I never will total attitude tells me he doesn't like my attitude I asked to speak to the manager and he hangs up on me so I have to call back manager doesn't apologize for him so I'm gonna find out who owns that franchise and have a talk with that person I would not recommend this place unless you're a regular they don't treat you with any respect especially the guy that answered the phone. I was recently there for a cut with my usual cutter. She knows my hair and what works for me. Out of nowhere comes this woman (owner? Manager?.) telling her how to do my cut. Twice! #1: I like the way she cuts my hair. #2: But No matter what, you do NOT correct an employee in front of the customer. This place is filled with rude, stuck up women. I called prior to my appointment and they said that they didn't have an appointment available until about an hour later which is pretty unusual for this Supercuts location. I said okay and scheduled the appointment. When I got there, the place was empty with only one or two customers, like I excepted. I went to check in and nobody even acknowledged my presence. After about 5 minutes I got checked in. Im waiting for about 10 minutes and it's now 15 minutes past my appointment time. Then I see a guy come in with his son and the lady takes his appointment immediately without even acknowledging that I've been waiting for so long and it's past my appointment time. These people are all snobby and are the best at discriminating. I would definitely go to a different location from now on and advise everyone to do the same. read more

I was very dissappointed with my experience today. I left still needing a haircut. It used to be that I could call in to put my name on the list and when I walked in, I would be the next person taken in for a haircut. It has always been this way. Today I called in at 10:36 and was told it would be about an hour. I said to the lady on the phone, then I should come at 11:30 and she said, probably 11:45. I deicded to hit Target then got there at 11:55. There were three people sitting in the lobby and two stylists she told me that it would be another ten minutes and that there were a couple of people ahead of me. I asked about the call in process and she said I was supposed to be there at 11:45. In the past, it had never been an appointment, it was always that when I came in, I would be next (after the time they told me to come in). After about 15 mintues and I was still not in, I left (had grocieries in the car). The manager seemed less than interested. I am now asking around for someone who can cut mine and my daughters hair. I think I should have jumped ship when my husband and son did two years ago. Lesson learned. read more
