Horrible experience with Anne. I asked for shoulder length with long layers. I repeated this to her several times. I didn't want a shampoo, but I was surprised that she didn't wet my hair, even though there was a spray bottle marked H2O right on the counter. I have never been to a salon where they cut hair dry, especially curly hair. She kept cutting my hair too long, and asking if it was ok. It was several inches down my back. I repeated, several more times, "to my shoulders." She got the length right, after several tries. Then another customer came in, who seemed like a regular. She said she would be right with him, and said we were done. I offered to wait for the other stylist, if she wanted to take him, but she said no. Honestly, I wanted to go to the other stylist, once I realized that Anne was not listening to me, at all. I asked about the layers. She said, "You wanted layers?" I pointed out to her that I had told her several times that I wanted layers. She made a few small cuts at the bottom of my hair then, again, said that we were done. She seemed like she just didn't want to cut my hair, and was not friendly at all. If she didn't want to cut my hair, she could have said so, and I would have waited for the other stylist. She didn't need to do a half-assed job. My hair is uneven, and not what I asked for. I wasn't expecting a $200. haircut, but come on! I will have to go somewhere else to have this fixed. read more

I checked in and requested whoever was first available for a cut. Brett dry-cut my hair perfectly, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Saw Doris on a lovely Monday morning. Barely a wait. She asked me what I'd like and I said a simple haircut (most stylists end up giving me some crazy package or way more cut off than wanted) but she was very understanding and even showed me how much she took off which was perfect a 1/2 inch (truly, not an inch which is minimum some stylists do for some reason regardless of ask) Super reasonable pricing and great service.
