Went in for a straight trim last week and got my haircut by the dark haired manger. I will start off by saying she had really good customer service and was really sweet. As for everything else, I am truly disappointed. When I would finish drying my hair with a towel my ends would still be dripping wet and as I would brush hair a bunch of strands would be pulled out. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt so I came in a week later (yesterday). She was apologetic about it, but still did a really horrible job on my hair. I am still having the same issues and my ends feel really dry when I normally have healthy hair. Not only does my hair feel dried, it's really uneven that I even my family members says it looks like she tried layers on me and as you can see in the photo one side is shorter than the other. Sucks that it's taken me so long to grow my hair this long and now I have to go get a third haircut in a week due to such poor skills. Hope nobody as the same bad experience as me. read more

I really wish there was a spot where I can give no stars this place is ridiculous I am a female I have no hair will I have a little bit I just needed my head shaved so its all even my hair isn't even a quarter of an inch long it did not involve sleeping or using scissors I just needed it buzzed so it's all the same length the crazy lady told me 1750 plus tax I walked out that is ridiculous what skill and how long would it take the bus somebody's head who hardly had any here in the first place and what makes you think its worth $20 for something that takes less than a minute and a half read more

I was somewhat glad and somewhat mad that you went ahead and called the guy to sit down that walked in after us. I wish I hadn't sat there with my 7 year old explaining why it takes an hour and 10 minutes for a clip. I haven't tried supercuts for over 5 years now. And tonight I remembered why. I just moved here and got a free haircut coupon l was aware that l have long thick hair and was prepared to give a big tip. I didn't get her name but she was not thrilled to be at work. I tried to chat just to be pleasant but she was pre occupied. When she told me partial highlights were 148.00 l almost laughed. Never go there again read more

This place has horrible service. They take soooo long to cut someone's hair. If they work like that, they will never get a good tip.. I will never come back. They don't even have a receptionist to answer calls and take walk in's-unorganized. You suck!!!! read more

I have been going to this Supercuts for maybe three years. Nothing special, cuts are ok. I just get a haircut then tip very well knowing full well the girls do not earn much and are on their feet all day.Today was busy and the girl told me to input my name on the computer but the wait would be an hour or so. I was ok with that. I told her I would be back. She acknowledged that. I figure ok, I'm on the list. I come back 50 minutes later, check in, tell the girl I'm there, she does something at the register area, I don't know what, and I take a seat. I wait and wait, and wait some more as customers come and go. What got to me was this; after obeying their directions and waiting and waiting, for hours, a guy comes in and asks how long the wait is and the girl says an hour. He puts his name in and says he'll wait in his car. Meanwhile I'm still waiting as customers continue to come and go. About an hour passes when this fellow comes back in and tells them he's there, as I did, and I'm still waiting. Not five minutes later they call this guys name and he's in the chair getting a haircut. I was in absolute disbelief. Not a minute later and without saying anything to anyone I'm in my car headed home. I hope I didn't offend the guy sitting next to me as I quietly mumbled an expletive while leaving. He probably was pleased that there was one less customer to wait for until he got his haircut. I'm not someone who makes a big scene. But if one was warranted, this was it. Shame on these folks and the poorest customer service I have experienced in years. I realize they will not go out of business as a result of losing a customer but lose enough of them? One never knows, word of mouth goes a long, long, way. But this event raises many questions. Where is the management of this place? Do they have procedures in place? How hard can it be to generate a list and follow it? I have been in management all of my adult life, understand the pressures that come with an exceptionally busy day or the unusual, time consuming requests inherent to this style of business and yet instituting a process as simplistic as what is called for in this incident is not difficult at all.Today was a failure on the employees behalf. It clearly was non stop confusion and should not have resulted in the loss of a loyal customer. Well, this was it for me. I know when relationships come to an end as has this one. So, I will happily go elsewhere. Preferably outside of Hemet. I don't care if I pay more as long as my patronage isn't taken for granted or being treated like the outstanding Hemet street people currently overtaking our city. It is surprising how little it would have taken to completely change the outcome of today's visit. read more

The girl (won't name her here) who cut my hair the evening of 08/08 acted as if she was grossed out by me. She said my hair was dead, told me to stop straightening it. I was embarrassed and even though I knew I needed the cut, she was rude. I asked for a Bob cut and instead of doing that, she left my hair below my shoulders and basically said I was done. I won't ever return to this place again and I will be sure to tell my friends and family that this is NOT the place to go for a haircut. I'm paying someone elsewhere to cut my hair the way I asked and even though I have to pay again, I'm hoping I won't get treated as if I'm grossing out my hair stylist. I'm a single mother who walked in with my young daughter for a cut and left feeling like I was some gross girl off the streets. read more

I LOVE my haircut!!! I have very thick and very curly long hair which is usually difficult to manage. My stylist, forgot her name but she had really pretty hair with purple highlights in it, took her time and did a GREAT job! Also, use and buy their ENJOY products! I LOVE this salon!!! I have been coming here for years and I made the mistake of trying another salon in town, which I won't name. The stylist at the inferior salon had no idea how to do a simple layered hair cut. I was so unhappy with the cut, or lack of cut, that I went running back into the arms of my beloved Supercuts.
