We took my two sons to Supercuts and it was the worst haircut they have ever gotten. The hair stylist was not nice at all, not warm with the kids, and just wanted to be done with the haircut. There's no symmetry in their haircuts, the lines are so uneven and my kids are so upset they didn't want to go to school because they don't like it. Wow! I came in for a walk-in hair cut today and honestly thought it was just going to be a normal haircut. The person that cut my hair (wish I remembered her name, petite with glasses!) shampooed my hair so well I almost fell asleep. Then gave me a really nice understanding of my scalp health and what I can do to strengthen my hair. She cut my hair so diligently and had such an awesome presence. I honestly think that was the best hair cut I've had. And totally didn't expect it from a Supercuts. Give this woman a promotion / raise!!!! read more

Well, I came in for a simple haircut and they were in a rush to close without washing my hair. I let her cut my hair. Never again will I do that I had to come back two days later to get it fixed once my hair was straightened. She fixed it without any product a couple days later it was even worse. I will never step foot in that place again maybe they should get more people that are experienced and not fresh out of school. read more

I am updating my review to 3-stars from my original post last week. I am upp'ing the rating due to the customer service I received only. After reaching out through the SuperCuts site and letting them know of the poor cut I received, I was contacted by Katie who was concerned that I wasn't happy and offered to come in earlier on Saturday to fix my hair. I arrived at 9 and Katie was ready to help fix the cut. After showing her the initial photo I showed the first stylist, she told me that the cut I received was how it was on the model. I'm not a hairstylist, but I've had my hair cut the length requested before and know the cut was not what I asked for. Since that length could no longer be salvaged, I asked to just even it out, texturize it so it blends and go shorter (think P!NK's current hairstyle). Katie walked me through everything she did on the back of the hair, the sides and the back. The top, however, is still cut in a straight line. As I've had the cut for a week tomorrow, another stylist at my local salon pointed out to me last night that the top needs more texturizing as it isn't as shown in the photo. It is still a straight cut around the top. I will have to wait another 4 weeks once it's longer and seek out someone who specifically cuts women's hair and short lengths. Please know - Katie was fantastic and really went above and beyond to make the situation right and for that, I thank her immensely. But, when you have a photo of a cut you want, you really need to make sure the stylist you go to can handle what is asked. Perhaps SuperClips needs to offer their stylists bi-monthly education classes in different cut techniques, etc. There's a lot of talent that could be found here, but it's not being utilized in a way that can benefit your customers needs. read more

No respect of appointment. If you show up early and sitting there you will get hair cut first even there is guy before you in scheduled appointment. Its like first in first out in line. Get cleaned up here every 3 weeks or so. So this is my go-to spot after church. I live 20 minutes away from this Supercuts but I specifically will wait out the week just to come here. Why? Her name is Trish and she is my hair stylist. Before I came across her at the beginning of this year, I would just take any stylist that was available first. Some times it looked money! .... Other days I felt like I wasted money. Before Trish, I would get my haircut during the week and skip coming here because my haircuts came out inconsistent. But ever since Trish cut my hair, I now will wait till I go see her. Some days when it's busy there are a few people waiting for her ... Still ill wait. Other days it's slow and I can immediately see her. I almost hate to brag about her cause then more people may go see her making my wait time possibly longer..... But I have to give credit where credit is due. read more

I'm giving a one-star simply because I left earrings there during my haircut that were very valuable to me on a sentimental level. I was only gone 20 minutes and when I came back, there was no sight of them. It ruined my entire night because I was so upset about losing something that I held very dear to me. I was told to take them off for the haircut so I held them in my hand during the appointment and accidentally left them on the chair. I don't know who took them but I will never return to this Supercuts again because my stuff is not safe there. I don't recommend it at all. read more

This place always has issues with coming in and getting an appointment. For example, today I was 5 minutes away and called in to see Camille. Mary answered the phone, said she would be about 30-40 minutes, took my name down, and said to call back then. I called back in 40 minutes and was told Camille was booked for the rest of the day (the next 6 hours even though Supercuts doesn't take appointments). HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? When I asked to speak to Camille, Mary said "she doesn't want to talk to you. Maybe she doesn't like you." I wish I could make this stuff up. You get what you pay for here. Bad service and rolling the dice on a decent haircut. Until this place cleans house with their staff, don't bother going there. read more

Lori is a great hair stylist. She always makes me look good and feel good. She gave me a conditioning treatment after my haircut and it made my hair look so shiny and feel so soft. I think I would like to get that again next time I have somewhere special to go. read more

Go somewhere else. The hairdresser, for some reason, cut a large chunk of my hair 3 inches shorter than the rest. I've never had anything like this happen in my life, nor have I heard of this happening to anyone else. I don't understand how she did this. It makes no sense. Every time I look at my hair I get so depressed. I don't know how to fix it. I didn't realize it until after I got home and my hair dried. (I got a shampoo and cut, no blowdry.) They do have a very responsive regional manager. Once I realized how strange and horrible the haircut was, I contacted Supercuts. The manager called me within a day. She said I should come back to the store. After several phone calls and two trips back to the store, I was refunded the price of the haircut, but not tax or tip. I paid with a credit card, but they could only refund in cash. The woman working the cash register couldn't figure out how to do a credit card refund for the full amount, and by this point I was too worn down to argue. read more

Let me start by saying, I have never gotten upset about a haircut. I don't ask for a lot when I'm getting my hair cut, I basically get "boy haircut #2". Sometimes its shorter than I'd like, sometimes they don't cut it as short as I'd prefer, whatever. I went in with the idea of getting the sides and back of my hair cleaned up, and the top trimmed a little bit. 5 minutes later, I walk out with a crew cut. WORST haircut I have ever gotten!!! If you go, avoid Donna at ALL COSTS!!!!!!! My hair has never been this short, it looks horrible. It took her 5 minutes to cut my hair, and it shows. I don't want to trash this place too badly, because I have only been there once, and there could be many other people who actually give a sht when they cut your hair, but Donna is not one of them. My advice would be to stay far away from here, Donna could change her name and mangle you too!!!! read more

I followed my hair stylist, Lori to this location and have been coming here for the last couple of years. Lori has been doing my hair for many years. I have curly hair. I have found that a lot of stylist have a hard time cutting curls but Lori has curly hair and knows how to cut my "ringlets". I also love the way she colors my hair. I always get compliments on my hair. There is a reason why I have followed her! Lori is a caring person who really hears you and helps to make decisions about direction concerning your cut or color. I have been going to this SuperCuts for 6 years! The staff is great and they are very professional, courteous, and friendly. I never have a problem when I set my appointment using the app. I am always in and out with a Great Cut! Cheap haircut places are always really hit or miss with me, because I have a ton of hair and it's pretty wavy. I was nervous having never been here but I really needed a haircut, so I took a chance and my hair looks amazing. This place is hit or miss. Stylist have been fine, but the customer service is lacking, big time. if they are any type of busy, they can't handle it. Was in there today for over 25 minutes without anyone even taking my name. I used the app to sign in, and realize there might be a little wait, but this was too much. I had to go up and ask about how long it would take, or would have been sitting longer. Time is too precious to deal with unorganized places of business. The hairdresser never even introduced herself. Glanced at the photos I showed her and in (no exaggeration) 7 minutes I was left with an uneven, butchered "short pixie" and a bald spot. I had told her repeatedly that although I usually wear shorter pixie cuts, I did not want any hard, blunt or masculine lines. She kept saying she'd start off with it longer and we could take more off if I wanted, which I happily agreed to-but which never happened and certainly wasn't possible unless she began to buzz my hair off. She left the back completely uneven and when I asked her to cut it, she paused, genuinely confused about how best to proceed. When she was finished, she asked how I styled it. I told her that I typically push it forward (as in towards the front of my body) using a texturizing paste. She slapped some on and began styling my hair back and away from my face as most men do. Finally I asked her to just stop, fixed it as best I could and got out as quick as possible. Thank god hair grows back. read more
