Absolutely terrible quality and service, we came in and got seated being told it would be a short wait which was perfectly fine. We had brought a picture in as a suggestion for what my mother wanted as we have done this in the past several times and the techs never have issues. After 30 minutes were called up and the lady sees the pictures and says she can't do it so she grabs the book to have my mom look through it. As she's doing this the other female worker across the salon says "if she can't decide put her in the waiting room and take someone else" like excuse me? Isn't the point of a hair appointment is to help me figure out the right hair cut? So instead of working with us we are RUSHED, talked rudely too, and at that point we were both done and I told the lady we longer wanted the cut and walked out. terrible service, rude, and they have no clue what they're doing here. Save yourself the headache (and bad hair heartache) and go somewhere better like ULTA where the stylists are better trained and treat you with respect. read more

All the girls do a great job and it's great customer service, but my favorite is MICHELLE. She knows exactly what she is doing and she will deliver what you like. This review is for the Supercuts location at 1228 Route 46 West; Little Falls, NJ. Grab a drink, sit down and let's talk about Carlene. A very VERY personable Stylist! Both my 13yo DD and 10yo DS enjoyed their appointments with her. She is engaging in a very genuine manner. A parent, as well, she also engages with you to make sure that your requests are met. Now this is not to say none of the other stylists have the skill or the friendly service. What you do get with Carlene is that "special something" which makes the whole visit memorable. She is real as real can get. When your kids say, "I hope we get Ms. Carlene", that is a big deal. They both were comfy in the chair, having meaningful talks about life, school and their sports. Then when they were done, they enjoyed looking at themselves to see a job well done! As for pricing, well that's Supercuts. (Prices everywhere are going up for the consumer!). But, know that for what you pay, Carlene gives you her best effort! And that's OK by me! Oh and the Supercuts app is the way to go!!! Can't get any easier to make an appointment! I read several reviews before making a last-minute appointment with Shital on Sunday to get a wash, trim and blow out because I needed my hair done because I had to attend my mother's wake that afternoon and funeral the following morning. Shital was a delight, she did an amazing job with my hair and took her time blow drying my hair so that lasted me for a couple days. I will definitely be going back to Shital. read more

Pretty good for a Supercut. No appointments provided over the phone but I did see signs for booking appointment times via their app. Haven't tried it so I don't know how well it works. No receptionist, you are received by a free stylist who then proceeds to take your 'order' and cut your hair. I accompanied the hubby for his haircut. He was done within 10 minutes. Simple and efficient. Hubby did say the stylist was a little rough using the razors and comb but I feel that is something that can be easily fixed if he had spoken up. Although it was a quick job, it was the haircut that he wanted and there were no complaints, and at a great price. We would probably come back to this Supercuts location next time we're in the area. read more

have been coming here for the last 4 years and didn't have much of a problem. Every now and then the scheduling would be off. Today, I called when they opened a little after 9 AM and they were having problems with the phone which which means my calol went to a personal phone, which one of the employees picked up. She sounded annoyed that I even called which kind of set the stage for what happens later that day. I asked for anything between 4:30 to 5 PM and asked if Shital would be there that day. She said "yes, but she can't see you until 5 PM". I said, "actually, that's great.. Put me down for 5 PM". The last thing she said was "see you at 5 PM then". When I came in, I was greeted by a somewhat tall, surly acting woman wearing glasses, who looked in the books and said "no you're down for 4:30 PM". when I told her that I would wait, she huffed " well, Shital is busy right now, so you're going to be waiting for a while". I sat there for another 20 minutes and finally wound up leaving. I figured if they can't get their scheduling, right and their staff are unkind to the customers, then I might as well start going somewhere else. read more

Along side a set of skill and complete confidence, was also her amazing ability to immediately recognize what my new look/style should be. I came here a few times for a quick haircut, and every time Erin did the cut, I was happy with the outcome. Erin gets 5 stars. One time Erin was not there and my cut was done by someone else... and I was not so happy (read: I hated it! hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Way more was chopped off than I asked for, and the cut was overall not neat and not blended well. Which made me find an expensive salon in the area... where I had a similarly bad experience! I ended up finding another salon that did a good job, but I paid $60 plus $10 tip. At Supercuts, as far as I can recall, the cut was round $15. So you are looking at $20-25 versus $75 out of your pocket. Bottom line: if you want to save $50 and still walk out of the salon happy, just go to Supercuts and ask for Erin. Then you can go to Fairway, and you will have extra $50 left to get awesome groceries. I also had lowlights done by a guy who works at this Supercuts location (sorry but do not recall his name). My hair was very blonde at the time, and I wanted to tone it down and make it look more like blonde highlights in my natural hair and less like an entire head of blonde hair. He helped me find a color perfectly matching my natural color. Then he did a fantastic job with the lowlights. His lowlights get 5 stars also. If I ever were to go get my hair colored in a salon again, I would definitely come back to this guy. (Maybe I will find out his name then). read more

I've come to this location for trims for a couple years without any issues. I recently cut my hair a lot shorter here too. When I came in last week to get it cut a little bit shorter and styled differently, I left completely botched. I showed the girl with the carrot-colored 5 pictures of the style I wanted, yet she cut it about 2 inches too short (which counts a lot when your hair is already chin length). Right in the beginning she asked me, "is this how you normally part your hair? Because thats how I'll cut your hair." I say okay cool. So after chopping off way to much length, she goes to cut the layers, but has my hair parted NOT how I told her. Do I say anything? No. I figured it was some method of cutting layers. I'm not the professional here. So after she's done, I move my part to how I always have it, and the layers are TOO SHORT AND CHOPPY ON MY LEFT SIDE NOW. Even if she cut my layers with my hair parted the right way, they're still some of the worst layers I've ever gotten. I'm embarrassed to have my hair down. It's too short to put it in a ponytail without it looking like a paintbrush that went through a wood chipper. When I told her it was a little too short, she said she was just going by the photos I showed her. I thought to myself, "but this looks nothing like any of the pictures I showed you." Supercuts is good for quick trims, but DO NOT come here if you want to get something more complicated. read more

There was no secretary, one of stylists had had to finish working on someone else before getting my name and then had to stop with her client to ring someone else up. I went in for a trim. At the time, I had fairly long hair, about down to my mid-waist. I can out with a bob cut which came up to my mid-neck. I told the person i wanted a trim, obviously i did not come out. She just kept cutting and cutting. As well as short hair, it was all different lengths. Yes it is a bob cut, but it looked like zig-zag pattern. Also, she was very hostile. I came out with a broken neck because she kept pulling like i couldn't get any closure i was right under her. So now i had a broken neck and horrible hair. read more

Without fail this location does the best kids cuts. We've taken our three year old there for a year after a disastrous experience at a kids cut place. They fixed the hair cut and he loves it there- mainly because they are always friendly and QUICK- an important thing for little ones. Today they fixed a bad first haircut our 10 month old got yesterday- once again friendly and most importantly quick. They always seem to understand kids don't have the patience for a long haircut and do a great job quickly. We stumbled across this location over a year ago and are thrilled! There are closer locations to our house but this one seems to have stylists who understand what it takes to cut kids hair. read more

Very poor haircut and rude. I don't know the name of the lady but she was short and skinny with glasses. We brought our baby there for a haircut. He was calm and quiet the whole time. She didn't have a problem with him, but sure did with me, when I kept trying to wipe his face or say something. She interrupted me every-time with a rude tone of voice and not only that she gave my baby the worst haircut - so uneven, that I could have done a better job at home even.
