Made an appointment on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by getting the best of the best, Thee lovely Toni. She was very kind by not mentioning the fact that it was quite apparent I had taken it upon myself to "trim" my own bangs and layers as I know I brought her a real mess to work with (again thank you and I am sorry Toni) After being in the chair only 5 minutes into my shampoo, we were gabbing like old friends. I kid you not her vibe is that welcoming while keeping it very professional. Given my at home style attempt, she was very intuitive as to what I was trying to achieve, and we laughed together as it was obvious she "just knew" what I wanted. I just moved to LA from Seattle a couple months ago and my very long hair was not happy about the heat and change of environment so I was in dire need of a haircut. I walked to Supercuts after work one day just desperate to get my ends cut off and Berto was able to see me right then. He was incredibly kind and gave me a really great cut getting about 3 inches of my dead ends off and layered the front perfectly. I'm really happy with the service, it was fast and great quality and the price can't be beat. Berto even suggested a leave in conditioner for my ends that he used on me it's made a big difference! I don't know the name of the stylist but the literal first thing she said to me was "wow your hair is so thin." I've never heard that about my hair before but even if it's true, why would you say it that way? Like what's the purpose? I'm not usually sensitive about stuff like that but it just felt mean. She spent all of five minutes (not an exaggeration) cutting my hair and her vibe was off the entire time. For example, Prince was playing on the radio and she said what a great song it was and I agreed and she was like "what would you know about Prince?" I guess because I look young? I'm in my 30s lol, I know who Prince is. Then when I went to pay the person checking me out asked loudly if I'd like to add a tip, which I frankly hadn't been planning to, and when I said yes out of pressure they made me say how much rather than having me type it in myself. The haircut doesn't look great either. You get what you pay for I guess. read more

PLEASE READ THIS ! This is my First & Last time in this Supercut store !!! I booked an appointment online and went there couple of months ago and I got Mary ( Older lady with glasses) to get a my hair cut ! Horrible experience ! Mary's got some attitude & she was done within like 8 minutes and then I asked her to trim my beard a little, BIG MISTAKE ! I think she has no idea how to do a proper beard trimming as she did it super fast without any protection comb attach to the trimmer.I felt a slight pain in my cheek area after she was finished but nothing thought much of it at that time.After I shaved my beard completely a month later, I found a big red mark on my left cheek and till this day it hasn't completely disapeared ! Guys AVOID this place unless the management gets rid off Mary and hire some new friendly barbers who actually knows what customer service really means !!! read more

Vickie is a hair cutting wizard. I had given in to the urge to cut my own hair, and had turned it into a bit of a disaster. Vicki was kind enough to fit me into her schedule for a same-day appointment. I could tell she was busy, but she was patient in making sure I was happy with the cut and then gave me tips on how to take care of it. I hadn't left her much hair to work with, but she gave me what is probably the cutest pixie cut I've ever had. One thing I really appreciated about him is he didn't get any hair on my face from cutting my bangs - he's the first one to do that. I was impressed just by that. Tonee is the best at her craft. Have been getting my haircut with her for 15+ years. Another GREAT haircut on 09/15/23 from Tonee, but I have to report a HUGE problem. The towels smelled terrible; musty, sour, and stinky like they are left to sit wet too long without drying. Please address and fix this problem.
