I have only just started going to this location the past 4-5 months and having Jodi cut my hair and I just wanted to sing her praises. I just saw her today and she made quick work out of getting my hair back in shape. (two long between hair cuts) I had the most incredible experience getting a shampoo from her today . She actually massaged my scalp and that was the A++++ highlight of my visit. They have additional options here where you can add a Teatree shampoo treatment, and that will leave your scalp feeling absolutely incredible. She even put a color treatment shampoo and a color treatment conditioner on my hair today to hold my color as long as possible. You can book an appointment online via their website and pick the exact day/time you prefer which was super convenient when I scheduled today's appointment at 11:15 pm the other night. I had an appointment with a salon that was going to charge me $80 to cut my hair and they canceled last minute. I really needed my haircut so I decided to go online and make an appointment at Supercuts last minute. They were able to get me in quickly, and it was also less than half the price. I believe the gals name was Cynthia and she did a great job. Quick and easy and definitely worth the price. She was done in under 20 minutes. I think I'm done with $80 salons. I asked the hair cut lady to make a thunderbolt sign for my 7 year old, I showed her pictures and also explained that the shape should be almost like letter Z. She said she could do it and then she blanked out for a while, I asked her again can you do it because I was not feeling confident. She said yes she could do it and at 2 minutes later she screwed it. My biggest disappointment was that I asked twice , if she could not do it she should have just said that she could not. Picture is what she and another person did after 30 minutes of fixing, its a pain for anyone to sit that long for haircuts and not to mention how much worse it is for a kid. I've been to this location for more than a year and got good experiences with the stylists here except this one time. A lady with a pin on her nose did my hair and completely destroyed it. I told her to cut it not too short but she simply said "trust me" and did whatever she wanted. My hair was cut way too short and there's absolutely no way to fix it. It's an absolutely terrible experience and I have to wear a hat until my hair grows long enough for another haircut. Will not come back here again read more

This location was great! A little wait but not too bad for being a walk in. I came in to get a haircut for my little girl. She is 3 and she can be a handful! The lady was so patient with her and she did a good job. A bit too short but I did tell her I wanted her hair to grow even and she did just that. The place is small and had 3 stylists. It's very inexpensive and for kids it's perfect! I would not do my hair there because I love my girl Elena at T & G. However for little ones it's the place to go. Also they had all the Paul Mitchel and Biolage products at 40% off so I took advance and bought some conditioners! This location has available parking in the front and it wasn't too crowded because it only has some new stores near by plus it was a rainy Sunday. The lady gave my baby a lollipop at the end and she loved it! That was nice of her. Again I would recommend this place for kids, guys or women with easy thin hair. Took my son here for his first haircut EVER! I know nothing about men's/boys haircuts and the barber was helpful with recommendations on clip sizes and very patient with us. My son ended up looking so cute and it was well worth the $20. I do think if you are a female and want a more complex cut or specialized coloring this may not be the best option but for a simple mens/boys trim it was perfect. I will absolutely take my son back when he is ready for another trim! read more

After a bad experience with a different Groupon I was desperate for a hair stylist. I found Ela on Groupon and called her. She came in on her day off at almost closing just for me! I had a color and a haircut at this location a few weeks ago. They were very busy as it was the Friday before school starts. I asked for Ela as she was supposedly "the best" hairdresser, looking at all the previous reviews that she got. Ela mixed the color and she started it, didn't do fully and had another lady finish it. This lady missed the left side of the application. She was almost over with the color, that's when I had to tell her she didn't do the left side and then she just put only what was left, that was very little. After color I got the haircut from Ela, hoping at least the cut would be good. Since it was super busy Ela rushed through the haircut so quickly, I asked for short layers and she turned me into a mullet. I have never ever had such a bad haircut in my life. This was the worst hair experience of my life. Literally sobbing as I write this. I had spent a year a half growing out my hair and paying hundreds of dollars to go to blonde and balayage specialists. I finally decided it's time to go back to my natural brown color and called super cuts because this location had great reviews and experienced stylists. Before I went in, I double checked over the phone to make sure I had an experienced stylist to do BASIC BROWN easy all over color. I walked out of the salon with burnt orange roots, old blonde not covered and a little bit of brown. The stylist did not mix the color correctly to match my hair and COMPLETELY ruined my natural roots I'd been growing in. Bless Ms.Shana because she did her best to clean up the other stylists mess. Guess it was my fault to trust super cuts. Only go here if you have Ms.Shana NOBODY ELSE. Many tears and money wasted. I've never had such a horrible experience with Supercuts like I did today. My son is four and was a little upset at the beginning of his haircut and the lady cutting his hair had absolutely zero patients and was completely rude to myself, my husband and my four year old child. She actually said to my son "why are you crying like a baby you're a big boy?" It was not said in a joking tone, she was serious. When my husband told her a 1 on the sides, she practically refused and tried to tell my husband no that she's going to do a 3. We get a 1 on the sides every time, we know it's short. Then I told her to leave the top alone and just blend the one into it and what does she do? Takes her shears and starts chopping off the top of his hair completely uneven and cut bangs! I don't even know if this lady completed her training with Supercuts because I cannot believe what she did to my child's hair. I have to completely shave his head now! I understand that it's difficult with children sometimes but he eventually calmed down and was not moving around like she was acting like he was. The way she spoke to my son was UNACCEPTABLE! I didn't get her name, but she was an older white woman, probably in her mid 50s, thin, blonde/gray hair with a heavy Texas accent.
