Friday morning I called SUPERCUTS and made a reservation for 12 noon when Pam's shift starts. I arrived several minutes before 12. I was walking to SUPERCUTS as a young guy was running past me to SUPERCUTS. I entered SUPERCUTS and saw the same guy in Pam's chair. Pam saw me and said hello. I waited 25 minutes until Pam was available and asked her if she was double booked for a 12 noon appointment. She said no. After my haircut I asked Pam why she took the other person before my appointment. Pam replied they are required to take whoever comes in the door first and appointments are not really appointments... Pam has always cut my hair the way I like it and been pleasant. However if a regular customer for 2 years gets put off for a walk-run in that's not right. I've been driving 15 minutes out of my way to get my hair cut by Pam. I guess I will have to find a location closer that honors appointments and customers that are on time. Peter read more

I am sad to say that I had the worst texturizing by a stylist claiming to have decades of experience 2 weeks ago . We chatted on the phone prior to the appointment and again in the salon, She proudly told me how experienced she was. what I am proud to say is that I am so glad that my hair is healthy and will quickly grow back. this stylist might benefit from continuing education. read more

Called ahead to be added to the list. Reception it was wonderful. My dad is a senior, needed extra care and patience. Little did I know I had nothing to worry about. This doctor keep things light and kind. This may be the highlight of visiting my father. Watching him light up as they asked him questions that he could answer and we're very careful about how they help to meet both into the barber chair and a wash station. read more

Supercuts - Hair Salons Near Me - MERRITT ISLAND, Florida

Supercuts was not very super priced. For a place that's known for cheap quality haircuts I was very highly disappointed. When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately and added into the system to wait. No problems with this process. This side of the store was small and didn't seem to offer very many booths for employees to cut hair. The inside was clean and acceptable. It's only reason why I took off Stars was due to the sticker shock. I'm being advertised super prices but was charged like the hair cuttery. I ended up paying $20 for a haircut which was outrageously high for the haircut I get. If you go to the hair Cuttery for $18 they actually wash your hair. There was no extra services whatsoever and a full price as if it was a spa day. Generally, going to a barber results in the same haircut for cheaper and then the barber can actually get a good tip. I feel really bad for the employees here. They have a huge price tag which doesn't leave any meat on the bone to tip the hair stylist so now the hair stylist aren't getting the kind of money they deserve because of greedy employer practices. At $18 a haircut you definitely expect to be washed and cleaned after the fact so you don't have loose hairs falling off you the rest of the day. I would not recommend Supercuts because of how they're advertising themselves and then charging you for less services than other places in the same price range. Fantastic sams is a much older brand name and they at least offer steep discounts and good hairstyles. What is even more frustrating is that your regular seat advertisements for $8.99 and $13.99 haircuts at SuperCuts. Sorry, I will not ever be able to return. The price they charge me for a basic haircut was outrageous and way overpriced compared to your local competition right across the street. The employer charge an additional fees then over the normal Supercuts price actually hurts the employee so yes take your money to a different location so that employees can be treated properly. There was nothing wrong with the haircut I received and there was nothing wrong with the service or friendliness of the staff. Just poor business practices which I will be unable to return to support. I will watch from the sidelines as Supercuts and friends are closing doors and barber shops are popping up all over the place at a much reasonable price service and quality. read more

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Great haircuts, reasonable prices, friendly and professional hair dressers. The rating is at only two stars because of the strong mold smell. I hope that the mold issue gets addressed soon otherwise I will have to find another hair dresser. read more

I went to Supercuts on N. Courtenay, Merritt Island. I usually go there and get a simple buzz cut. My experiences have been a mixed bag until today. I had the pleasure of working with Adriana who did an excellent job. She went far and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and took care to get everything right. Poor customer service. Made an appointment, which I guess is only a "reservation" to get my hair done. Sat for 45 minutes after my "reservation" time, although I was told over the phone when I called that I was placing an appointment time. Not an "oh, you can reserve a time slot but wait for almost an hour after that time you picked".... This should be made clear to customers upfront over the phone before they come in with somewhere to be and have made an appointment within that budgeted amount of time before they sit for 30+ minutes. read more

Took my kids here on friday afternoon to get their hair cut. We didnt have an appointment. The ladies working were extremely busy, but did a great job expediting customers. We put our name on a list and went shopping at publix next store while we waited. When we returned we still had a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. My kiddos are 5 and 7 and these are probably the best haircuts they've received. My sons hair gets crazy fly aways and she got every last bit of it. The girls working were out of room for anymore customers as they continued to walk in, but they were extremely helpful offering appointments for the next day or offering for them to try their sister store a few miles away. Wish I would've gotten the employees names so I could give them kudos, but I didn't. We will be back for sure!!! read more

I so love this place. Everyone is very nice, the place is very clean, and Kelly always does a great job with my hair. If I need changes she'll do it, if I have another idea she knows exactly what to do to give me the style I want. She's also very friendly and personable.
