Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

She texted him personally to make a Saturday afternoon appointment for me and sent pictures of the wolf-cut I desired. I arrived on time for my 2pm appointment and was greeted by Thanh and seated immediately. I showed him the pictures again. Then he asked me if I wanted to shampoo my hair, which I agreed to. Then we got straight to work. At the end of my cut, he made sure I liked the result, to which I asked for my bangs a bit shorted and he readily obliged. I paid $45 (excluding an additional tip) in cash, but I didn't inquire further if they also accept card or if there's an additional fee for paying by card. I looked around the salon for a menu of costs of services, which he said there wasn't one. No problem, I plan on coming back for haircuts only anyway which I know are $45! Otherwise, I'll text him personally asking for other services if I want them! All in all, I was in and out the door at 2:00 and 2:30 respectively, literally (I looked at the clock). I would rather go a salon that actually cares about their customer service and attention to detail at a higher cost - you're getting what you pay for, if not less. Firstly, my stylist was on her phone for a full 4 minutes in the middle of my 18-minute (fast? or rushed?) haircut without explanation; I would be more understanding if I were given a heads up about a personal emergency or something, but to simply step away from your client and text nonstop at the front desk without saying anything, is unacceptable. Secondly, I've never been to a salon where my hair was not washed prior to it being cut; until I came here. My hair was not even styled at the end (see photo of when I got home right after my appointment). Thirdly, it's the bare minimum to ask your customer if they like their haircut, or smile at the end. When I was paying at the front desk kiosk, my stylist went straight back to texting with the click clack of her fake nails on the phone screen. I stood at the desk for a good minute or so after payment was completed before she looked up, and quickly said "bye thank you". There were no other customers in the store except for the nail artist and her client in the shared salon space. I would NOT recommend this salon to any of my friends and advise you to get your haircut elsewhere if you care about professional service and a good haircut.

This Supercuts does a great job with color and haircuts. I have been getting my hair colored here for the last several months and it always turns out great! And at such a great price. I have never had a bad haircut and I have had several different stylists. Sometimes the wait can be long but they have the mobile app that you can check in ahead of time to save time. I was told to return for them to fix it because they do not do refunds. I did return and after talking to the same stylist. I was told what I wanted couldn't be done. The stylist Sarah had a reason for every mistake and continued to argue with myself and my husband. She stated multiple times. Are you a stylist? Did you go to school for hair? The manager was supposed to call me which didn't happen. I had to call and track down the manager myself who knew nothing about the situation. She was supposed to look into the matter and call me back. She needed to talk to the owner who only owns the business but doesn't do hair. That was definitely a red flag. After waiting several days. I called back and was told by a front desk person not the manager. That because of the way my husband acted. They wouldn't refund my money and if I went through the bank, they would fight it. I didn't even bring the bank up, but thanks for the idea. I went and purchased dye and did my own hair. I wasted over $400 and didn't even get my hair cut for that much money. Just go anywhere else but here.

I asked her if she had any availability this coming weekend or how she prefers appointments requested and she responded with "hello I'm sorry I don't have time" That's it?? The salon itself is clean but Noelia is unprofessional. She was not that kind during my initial appointment and then she left me on read not once, but TWICE. Then when trying to schedule an appointment a third time her response was unhelpful. She clearly is either A) very bad at communicating with clients or B) doesn't want my money. Not really sure what I did for her to be so rude.
