Brittney (not sure of spelling) was a hair dresser from a different however she was covering this location for the day. I had an appointment with her and she took me as soon as she was finished with a client. I wanted a wash (with toner), a good conditioning, and trim, and to finish it off my beach waves. Though this was not her store she held down the fort and was doing the best she could with walk-ins or other appointments. We trimmed my hair and curled it. It came out super cute. Good Haircut, Friendly Service, Decent Prices Today I went to get my haircut next door but they were too busy so I looked over and saw Supercuts and thought I would give them a try. The woman that works there there was friendly and she got me in and gave me a good haircut right away. I was out the door in about 10 to 15 minutes. Well my haircut was OK, but I found out within the next day or two that it was a HUGE mistake Providing my email address. This must have got sold to every scammer in the nation as I have been constantly bombarded with emails ever since. Lesson learned. Never give your email out to a business. read more

Weeks ago l had a major (1 foot off) hair cut at another salon across the street on that plaza. It was a disaster, hairdresser created shelves all over. I decided to give Super Cut a chance and l took a chance with them. I am so glad l did! My hairdresser was able to alleviate some of the obvious shelves and blend it into a nice hairstyle. This place told us they were closed when we arrived @ 4:30pm and then went on to say they close at 5 M-F. It wasn't even close to 5 and the hours on the front door said they were open until 6. My hubby just needed a trim which would have only taken 10 minutes tops!!! What horrible customer service!! We will never visit this horrible place again!!!! read more

I came into this locatin to have a cut and color. I was greeted right away. The wait wasnt very long, at all. Heidi asked me what i wanted. I told her a trim to rid my dead ends, and an all over color. I was looking to go a little darker, since my previous color had faded out a bit to a brassy red. What i left with was a cool dark brown and violet blend. It looked even better in the natural sunlight. I absolutly love it, and its been about 2 weeks. Long enough for a color to really show the quality. Definatly impressed, and will be going back for all of my services in the future. read more

I usually not a fan of getting my haircut at a Supercuts or either Great clips but everyone here is very talented and know what you want. My boyfriend gets his haircut from "Rocki" who is a very talented lady and would recommend her to anyone of my friends, and she does an amazing job. I took my 14 yr old son to get his hair cut & it was a wonderful experience. The stylist, Lisa, really listened to what my son wanted & asked great questions to get clarification before cutting, so even tho he wasn't 100% sure how to explain what he wanted, he got a perfect cut. We will definitely be going back to Lisa for our families haircuts from now on. read more

Highlights at Supercuts? Bad bad bad idea. I had mine by Heidi. Maybe others could the job. My hair is long (about 18 inches) and dark blond; it was previously highlighted and I went in for more highlights. Despite specifically asking for very fine highlights and for Heidi to be careful about the toner so as not to make my existing highlights darker, I got out of there with pinkish/violet highlights and an overall much darker tone to my hair. It looks bad. Her technique was lacking. This is what she did. First, she only bleached the hair near the roots, about 8 inches, so that it was dark from there to the tips (she tried to fix by applying bleach by hand). It was brassy and, of course, the strands were uneven in color. To fix the brassiness, applied a toner that was a mix of an ash color with a deep violet. Instead of more blonde, the hair on top was deep purple. This was the worst coloring job I have ever had (and I've had some bad stuff done). I only life had an "undo" button... you live and learn. read more

If this is the only choice you have to get your hair cut, please let it grow! I took my three year old grandchild here today for a trim and to get her bangs cut. The stylist was rough with my grandchild in making her set still and placing her in different positions. She could have been much nicer and explained why she needed my grandchild to set a certain way. My grandchild's bangs were uneven. When I commented to the stylist that they were uneven since one eyebrow was showing and the other one was not, she told me they looked fine and stepped back. She would not fix them. While we were there, a gentlemen came in. He was told in a very unfriendly manner to have a seat that she was busy and would get to him in a minute. Also, there was a phone call to which the stylist told the person she was busy and call back later. She did not say please, and she hung up without saying goodbye. Obviously, with this kind of service, I did not tip her. I paid for the service and she slammed the cash drawer. We will definitely NOT be back to Super Cuts. read more
