Went to get a haircut today and asked for 2 inches off. I got half of my hair cut off and after leaving it was extremely uneven. My friend also asked for just a trim and specifically asked not to cut to shoulders and the women did exactly what she did not want. Do not go here, it is cheap but it is not worth leaving with awful haircuts. Extremely regret coming here especially if you are getting a trim on women's hair. read more

I went in without an appointment to have my long hair trimmed. They took me immediately and did the job quickly. The stylist was nice, friendly, professional. I left thinking that I would definitely return. Then I got home and looked more closely in a mirror. One side is longer than the other! By about half an inch. My hair is wavy, and I didn't have her wash it, so I imagine that is why it was hard to get even. Even so, hair that is the same length on both sides is pretty much the minimum expectation I have for a hair salon. See attached picture if you want proof! read more

Asked for a "trim" for my daughter who has long, thick, straight hair. Maybe I should have been concerned when the hairdresser didn't believe me that her hair was straight (it was somewhat wavy from a braid). The hairdresser stated she didn't need to wet her hair to cut it. I'm not a hairdresser, so what do I know? However, get home and realize that my daughters hair is NOWHERE near straight. Also, the "trim" took off 2-3" of hair (which maybe it was needed?). But a conversation would have been nice - by the time I noticed, it was too late to fix it, since I know you can't replace hair that is cut. At least I figured her hair would be cut straight. She'll likely lose another inch or so after I take her elsewhere to get this fixed. This was our second visit, and now I've lost trust. read more

Awful, awful, awful! Will NEVER, ever, ever, ever, ever go to this location again. I am beyond disappointed...upset, fuming, angry, hurt.... I am attaching 2 photos of the man who cut my son's hair. Shameful! My poor son, the first thing he said when it was over was, He hurt me. Indeed! He left a scratch and marks on his neck. I noticed he was very rough, pushing very hard with the clippers, jerking his head very hard when he would pull his hair up between his fingers before cutting. I could see that from where I was sitting, I just couldn't tell the extent of it. My little boy was very upset, but I am even more so!!!! This man should be fired. His attitude was the worst, and all I can say is, if you hate your job that much (because it's apparent) you should just quit!!! He was rude, and I am just appalled..... I've been going to Supercuts as a loyal customer for some time now, but we just moved to the area and it's my first time at this location. Also, my last!!!!! I often go to this location to get my hair trimmed . The prices are reasonable and the service is pretty quick. I booked an appointment online when I got there it was pretty busy but it wasn't that long of a wait. I was greeted by a stylist named Jessica. I told her what I wanted and asked that she worked some magic on my straight hair. I asked that she add layers and I wanted to cover a bald spot on my head. She did just that. I am beyond happy with my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and did just that. She even told me what I can do to cover the spot. I will definitely go back to Supercuts and highly recommend Jessica. She's amazing!!! Thank you so much for making me feel pretty again read more

Went here for the first time today. I was very surprised, it was MUCH nicer than the Hair Cuttery I had been frequenting. Cleaner, Friendlier, More Welcoming! Jaime did an excellent job. It's hard for me to get my haircut. I am ill with Lupus and other issues including a degenerating spine, so sitting still for a long time is rough. But she was so efficient, I was in and out, i was comfortable, and it was just a very enjoyable experience, when usually getting my hair cut is anything but. We will definitely be going back here. Oh, and the price cannot be beat. 14.95 for a cut, for a woman or a man. Hubby and I both agree, this was the best cut i've had in a long time! I cannot speak for the other hairdressers, but Jaime was tops. AND, unlike some salons where the hairdressers make you feel like you are intruding....this place was very welcoming. read more

Always a comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and quick cuts. The staff joke with each other and the customer, which gives it a very home like feeling. Prices have gone up, which isn't a good thing, but the after reveal is always that if a high end salon. Have been coming here for about a year, and will continue to. You guys rock! read more

So I know it is a chain, I know results vary, I know some people rant. However for me, I had been using a lot costlier places and on this business trip I said gotta do, gotta do it now, and presto here was a Super-cuts right in front of me. I walked in sat down, no nonsense, got a hair cut now and paid and was on my way. Nice cut, nice chat, nice service, nice location, friendly experienced people who enjoy what they are doing. I have been to many other Supercuts and have gotten great cuts. This, sadly, was not one of them. In fact, this was quite possibly the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I'm growing my hair out, so I was looking to get my hair shaped and bangs trimmed. The stylist adhered to my instructions in the strictest sense, but with no conception as to what actually looked good. I might as well have done the job at home with a kitchen knife. The bangs are so blunt its laughable, and are uneven and much too long despite me telling her to cut them shorter several times. When she showed me how the back looked, after snipping a little at the bottom, I was baffled as to how to respond. "Fine, I guess?" You're the stylist, does this look good to you? Would you pay $15 for this? The other stylists there might be fabulous at what they do. I will never know, as I am never coming back here again. read more

Says their open till 4pm on Sunday. Don't believe them I walked in at 3:49 and they said they wouldn't cut my sons hair he's 10. It would have taken them 5 minutes to cut it. I will never go to, or take my kids to Supercuts again. Their Superlazy is the only "super" thing about them. read more

I went in for a waxing, but there was no line so I ended up splurging and getting highlights and trim. Everyone was super friendly. I was there for a while and saw a few customers come in. I went in without an appointment and they were able to get me in after only 5 minutes. The stylist was very helpful and instructive. I have thin shoulder length hair. I asked for a trim $15, and a few highlights. She did this. When I went to pay she charged me $110. She added all sorts of fees like a $20 hair drying fee, a fee for putting product in my hair, and a fee for washing my hair. These were all things that I didn't ask for and she never mentioned I would be charged for. If I had known that they rob you like that then I would have gone to a nice place and paid the same amount! read more

I came to this Supercuts for the first time like 6 months ago, thinking I would get a quick haircut that was okay...boy was I wrong... the hair cut I got was great, and the price was awesome too. Darlene is very talented, friendly and very good at her job. I have been a customer ever since, in fact just went again today and once again..perfect job! Been going to see Jamie for a while now. Will only have her! She did my eyebrows great! I have thick brows, and it's hard to find someone who will wax them as thin as I like them. Been to other places for a wax, had the stylist actually say "I can't do that., to much will come out" Perhaps she's right but that's what I want. Jamie knows exactly what I mean. When waxing she does it really fast,not a "uncomfortable" feeling. I've had it hurt at other salons! read more
