DO NOT COME HERE. And if you do, whatever you do, DO NOT see hairstylist Soledad. I've spent the past TWO YEARS growing out my hair, only for it to be absolutely butchered in one appointment. I asked for a little bit of layering (emphasis on little) and instead, Soledad chopped off over 5 inches, leaving me with random, uneven layers that look absolutely terrible. Instead of soft, blended layers, I now have short, choppy pieces sitting awkwardly on top of my mid-length hair (it literally looks like I have a bob haircut slapped on top of longer hair). The front pieces that were supposed to softly frame my face, are now bob-length and stick out awkwardly. By the time I realized how short she had cut my hair, it was too late. I wish I had spoken up in the moment, but I was so shocked I just froze. On top of that, my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but I was left sitting around for almost 30 minutes before being seen. What is the point of making an appointment if it doesn't even start on time? The lack of professionalism was obvious from the start, and I wish I would have taken it as a warning. My daughter loved the haircut. The stylist was really nice everything was going well at first. However brow waxing was a disaster. I know accidents happen but how could you not notice the brow skin was getting ripped off. Why not stop waxing to avoid more skin damage. I scheduled 2 sessions, one for me and the other for my mom who is over 100 years old. Juana took care of the both of us and she gave us the best hair cuts since the pandemic! My mom is picky and mentioned how much she liked her cut. There was a 15 minute wait to get my hair cut (usually I have to book in advance at salons and wait weeks) and they got me right in. I asked for a cut and blow out. I have thick hair and the manager finished my hair an hour and fifteen minutes. I was impressed that she used special toning shampoo for my blonde hair, and I didn't even have to ask her. I have been here a few times since it opened and had always had been satisfied but on my last visit I was frustrated due to disregard of customer order and will not be back. I sat on her chair and clearly said "I just need a trim, please" Idk what she thought, but she literally cut about 4 inches of my hair!!! She turned me against the mirror, raised my chair and next thing I know, I felt the buzzing sound of her machine around my shoulders, I look down and half of my hair was on the floor!!!! I wish I could give more starts because it was my second time going to the place and I had pleasant experience the first time around. Today I had a short haircut just like last time and I just asked the lady (did not give her name) to not cut my sideburns too short. She did it despite my request and since hair would not grow back of course I kept silent till the end of the cut. When she asked if I liked my hair I said that I didn't like the sideburns and that it looks less feminine that way. Unfortunate she did not want to hear me out and kicked me out of her chair, another person, maybe Esther talked to me apologized and said to leave without paying. I decided to pay but forgot to take a receipt. Anyways even as I was leaving I tried to talk calmly and politely and explain that it is not way to treat customers and try to kick them out. No matter how I tried to explain they said sarcastic remarks and grinned at me until finally asked to call police. I was shocked and left feeling like I am a criminal. I was treated terribly and when calling them back to talk to manager or ask the server's name, they would just hang up. I will not recommend the place as it was very emotionally draining experience and very unprofessional customer service. Supercuts is definitely not my first choice when it comes to haircuts, but is serves a purpose. Why we didn't make arrangements to get the man-child's haircut before we started traveling is beyond me. We had some downtime and Supercuts was close, so we went for it. They opened at 9:00am and we arrived about an hour later. There was a wait, but we were already committed and the kid needed grooming. The salon area was big and seemed to be a notch above other Supercuts locations. The stylist was friendly enough and the kid was happy with his new "do". I just have a hard time swallowing $21.95 for a basic haircut and a shampoo. As far as Supercuts goes, this was probably one of my better experiences. read more

Went in for a fringe trim/shaping and overall shaping; I provided multiple photos of the shaping I wanted (the stylist paid no attention to these and the photos were in my lap the entire time). I declined an extra washing/styling, and I think that bothered her because when she was spritzing my hair with water, she started combing it from the crown, which is a huge mistake with all hair, but especially with fine hair like mine. It immediately formed a huge tangle, and she made no effort to comb it out gently: she simply yanked the comb through the tangle repeatedly and painfully. She did all right on the length of my hair, but when it came time to take care of my bangs, she literally grabbed the whole length of my bangs, haphazardly combed them, and cut them straight across, much higher above my eyebrows than I'd asked. I paid in a state of shock with my hair still wet, and honestly should I have just walked out without paying. read more

I came in with yellow/brassy hair (I previously had my hair done by someone else) and she made me a true ashy blonde! My natural hair color is extremely dark brown (so dark it's almost black)! She cut my hair so short there is like nothing hanging down in the back. She said she has been there for years so I thought she knew what she was doing. Why don't they cut your hair a small amount then ask if you want it shorter like she did with my bangs. I have not had such little amount of hair since my mother messed it up when I was a kid. I'm actually going out of my way to make a yelp account that I'll probably never use again just to say that this is the worst place I've ever gotten a haircut at. It actually took me longer waiting to get a haircut (about 15 minutes) than actually getting a haircut (about 5 minutes) with goes to show how little the lady who cut my hair cares about taking her time and making sure it looks good rather than trying to cut as many peoples hair just to make money. At first glance when she handed me the mirror it looked fine but once I got home and out the shower I noticed just how bad she actually cut my hair. Around the sides I have patches of hair that are longer than other parts, she lined up the back and it looks really wonky, and she shaved about an inch of hair around my right ear somehow and it looks atrocious. Normally I would've gone to the regular salon I go to but it is closed on sundays and mondays and I desperately needed a haircut so I checked google reviews and thought it'd be a good idea to go here since they had a 4.4 star review. I honestly could've handed my dog hair clippers and I probably would have gotten a similar result if not better. I'd say Supercuts is the perfect place to go if you like paying almost 20 dollars for a half assed job. read more

I went into the shop and explained I wanted my hair cut into a "V" shape in the back (my hair was long). I told the hair stylist the same and she kept asking how long I wanted the front. I pulled a picture from my cell and showed her how I wanted my hair and she said yes she knows how. I told her I wanted the length at the bottom to remain the same length. She was quick and showed me through a hand mirror the results.... not a "V" shape and at least 5 inches short all the way around... I told her I did t see a V shape and she said if I wanted her to cut more?! I told her no and paid my bill. She knew she did wrong because she didn't leave a tip line (I was still gong to tip her because that's just what I do but not as much as I normally would). I told her there was no tip line and she said she didn't want a tip. I understand she saw she did wrong but my hair takes forever to grow so I'm stuck with it like this for a long time.. read more

I was really nervous to take our kids here to get their haircuts. I had called a few other salons, but thankfully they were all busy or didn't answer. My son really needed a haircut so I finally convinced myself, it's just hair, it'll grow back, let's just go wherever can take him, now. I am SO HAPPY that we ended up at supercuts. Juana cut my 2.5 year olds hair. She was really patient, and did an AMAZING job. She saved some of his hair and put it in a baggy with a certificate for his first hair cut. Samantha cut my daughters hair. She was really sweet. She talked to my daughter the whole time, and cut her hair exactly how I asked her to. I'm quite pleased with my overall experience. I won't be taking the kids anywhere else. I think supercuts kind of gets a bad wrap even though their stylists go through the same training as independent stylists. Quality has largely improved here over the past 6 months or so. In the past, I've gotten some rather bad cuts here, and learned which stylists I liked/trusted & would only go to them. As those select stylists left, transferred, whatever, my choices started slimming down. So I took my chances & tried some unfamiliar stylists.
