But 3 days ago I put brown on it with red on the inner layer and I asked for a bayalage and to cover the red. She foiled my hair @3:30, and added color to the rest of my hair. She rinsed my hair at 6 and added toner. All my hair was falling off, and she tried to not let me see it. After I saw all my hair on the floor I was shaking and crying. She proceeded to tell me I didn't disclose my hair history. I showed her I had highlights last year, but since then I only bleached it 3 weeks ago. Before even starting I asked for a color remover before bleaching to see what level I was at. Instead she rebleached it. I had to cut off 5 inches off my hair, and all the top of my hair is broken off. I will be contacting thier corporate office

When it was my turn to get ready for my vow renewal, I wouldn't have trusted anyone but her. She understood very well that I am not someone that normally wears makeup and she listened carefully to my request to make me look as natural as possible. I was glowing, she enhanced my natural features without making me look like a different person, which I was admittedly very nervous about. My hair was done by Malerie, Glamology's curly hair specialist and again, WOW! my hair had never looked better, what's even better is that despite the strong winds and mist in Big Sur that day, my curls looked amazing for 3 days!!!! His lineup is crooked, she did a really high fade which I wanted a low one & basically trimmed all the top. Please pay attention to what the customers ask and don't rush yourself. Also, if you're busy don't feel obligated to take on a customer if you aren't going to properly go about it.
