I brought her here to have them evened out and get a trim, and we left with her bangs still significantly uneven. My partner had an appointment last week and came home with a completely botched taper. The neckline is crooked, the back is lopsided, one side is cut noticeably higher than the other.. homegirl sent him home looking like Ernie in the front. This certainly isn't the first time, either. The experience really depends on the stylist you get. My head is very tender, and some of the stylists are rough when shampooing. Travis in Falmouth is the best I have had so far. Very gentle and talented! I get blowouts and the pricing is reasonable. read more

2 for 2. Kim remembered and greeted me by name as I walked in the door. She even remembered the cut she gave me the last time and did not have to reference her notes. She told me "she has a rolodex of client haircuts in her head". I believe it. The cut was even quicker and fluid than the first visit--no hesitation, fewer clarification questions. Haven't had a hair cut since pre-Covid , but Jarad took a mangy ponytail down to a great tapered scissor cut in no time at all. I don't normally leave reviews, but felt obliged to give my opinion due to a some of the trolly negative reviews I'd seen about this place of business previously. They are even dealing with brand new franchise point-of-sale software this week, but it didn't impact my visit at all besides a very slight delay. Don't recommend going here if you want your hair colored. You get exactly what you pay for here. Customer service is pretty bad especially their manager Ashley. I asked to have the ends of my hair lightened and she didn't let the highlights sit long enough so the color was only maybe one shade lighter. When I looked in the mirror and noticed my hair color didn't change I asked for a redo and she was offended and immediately acted like it was my fault or something. I came back a week later to get it fixed and she wouldn't even speak a word to me I felt incredibly awkward that she just pushed me off to someone else and won't even look my way. I will not be going back which sucks cause the girl that redid my hair actually knew what she was doing. read more

We are giving one star only because you can't give zero star. Staff was extremely unprofessional. The personal information the stylists shared was inappropriate and shouldn't be talked about in any type of professional environment. My mother and I both had our hair "cut." My mother's hair was barely cut and when she asked about more being trimmed, she was told it was all set. There was no hair to be seen on the floor from her "cut." Both our hair was left wet. I've been coming here for almost a year now and am always impressed with how quickly they get me in and how the quality of the cut is always great. Ive been here many times and never had any problems so I continue to go back there. Well yesterday took my 2 year old here and it was a great experience! Well I'm not sure if it was for the hair dresser lol. My son didn't want to sit still for the haircut I wanted to get him but our hair dresser was the nicest! She gave him combs, and let him play a game on her phone and she even gave him a marker to draw on a little mirror to keep him busy! I wish I would have gotten her. When I arrived, was told it would be 10 minutes. Three girls became available. They looked at me and all went out back. In the meantime a lady came in with a baby and went outback. It was another 10 minutes when one girl came out and said she was ready. I told her I wanted a layered look. She started cutting. The lady with the baby came to her booth and talked most of the time I was in the chair. When she was done, 5 minutes later, I said it was not in layers and asked her to cut a little more on the right side. With wet hair I paid and left. When I got home and dried it, it was very uneven with no layering in the back and on the left side was at least one inch shorter than the right. This was the worst cut I have ever had in my lifetime. On the website stated there was a 38 minute wait..it states to CALL..instead of using check in on the account you had to create..i drive 16 miles there..only to be told i only have two stylist here today..we're booked up for the rest of the day..im thinking one half hour ago there was a 38 minute wait..i tried calling here numerous times..no one ever answered..this is at 1 20 pm your open to five pm..there was, no well sir perhaps we could find another appointment time on another day..so you know what i will spend my hard earned money somewhere else! My husband went in for a haircut, they were able to get him in very quickly which was nice. However, his hair cut consists of shaving his head with clippers using a 3/8 inch guard, that is all. He paid 17 dollar and came home looking ridiculous! The hair stylist missed entire spots so he had hair sticking out. It was laughable and when I called to explain the disappointment they were rude and needed pictures, me to send an email, etc... I just fixed his hair and called it a day. read more

I've been going to this supercuts for awhile and Norma is amazing... Some of the girls like Delaney in particular are VERY lazy. In the past Delaney has told me she can't do a wash dry and flat iron because she is only allowed to do them on certain days and times. Funny because none of the other ladies over two years ever had such a restriction. Moreover I had extensions out in and everyone BUT Delaney knew how to have me sign a waiver and wash and dry them... Delaney says they can't even wash your hair with extensions.... Thus find a different branch cause here you might get Delaney... The laziest stylist I've ever met!!!!! read more

Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. Now I know that sounds harsh, but I went in for a simple haircut, and ended up with it butchered, and covered in my own hair. She didn't bother to clean up my neck after the cut, and simply acted like it was usual and said "you'll be shedding for a while." I asked for a quick trim and her to even out my bangs, instead now my hair looks choppy and my bangs look like someone took a ruler, held it at an angle, and cut. If I had known it would turn out this bad, I would have taken a chance and cut it myself. I should have known better than to go to Supercuts, so this is partly my fault. I was overdue for a trim and thought a trim and light face frame would be simple and it would turn out fine because I had an event the next day and wanted to get rid of dead ends. No other salons were available and I was in a pinch. Said "get rid of dead ends, one inch at the most and a face frame starting below my jaw." What I got was a shag haircut/layers in the front that start at my cheekbone. It's also my fault that I didn't say how I thought she might be cutting too short part way through. Too much trust because I'm not a hairdresser, what do I know! Apparently more than her. I have my wedding in 6 weeks and I'm panicking about my hairstyle. Now I have to pay even more for another trial (and cut if they can fix it for my day to day) in a few weeks. Don't know her name but she had green hair. So upset - DO NOT GO TO SUPERCUTS.
