May 2026 update: I decided to choose this as my preferred barbershop for getting haircuts at Tracy, CA. However, my latest experience was quite strange. During my latest visit, I decided to explain my preferred hair style to the specialist/hairdresser, however, it seems like we had a language barrier. They also insisted that this is not something that they could do. My request was a specific haircut where I never had any issues explaining to any hairdresser. This time I tried to explain it to them by finding a picture of my desired haircut and asked them to simply try giving me a haircut similar to that and that it doesn't have to be the same. They still didn't understand, so I told them that it was a simple buzz cut. They then told me that this is far from something that they could do, in a rude manner. Then, the hairdresser quickly rushed through the haircut and was done in under 5 minutes. The haircut wasn't horrible, however, it definitely didn't look anything like a $29 haircut nor a buzz cut. It was a strange experience as someone who had visited this place multiple times and had gotten great haircuts and service. My latest experience was very subpar. I likely won't visit Supercuts again for my next cut. (original comment - posted a year ago (in 2025)): I had an amazing experience in this SUPERCUTS location as the people over there were super kind and passionate to us. I just moved here and was worrying about not being able to find a barbershop that has both reasonable prices and selections. But I was wrong. Overall, it's a great place. read more

Just moved in Tracy and needed a quick cut and found this place nearby and Nahida did a great job. I will be coming back for sure.

2/28/26 - There was only one customer when I walked in. I showed DARLENE a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. She said she could do it (she's a talker), then she began to cut my hair. As soon as a couple of customers came in, she just rushed through my hair. I kept looking in the mirror with dismay as it did not look like the picture I showed her. When I made a comment about it, she said "Well, I have other people coming in." If you can't do the job, don't even try!! $27.00, for a BOTCHED haircut! HORRIBLE service!! Look at the picture below. I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife. The lady at this location doesn't know anything about layer cutting. All she did was trim at the bottom and a few cuts in the front and said all done. She asked my wife to go home and do the blower by herself. My wife is not happy with the outcome. After coming home, she did the blower and found that the trimming was also not done properly. My 2.5 years old son needed a hair cut and we are tired of giving him hair cut at home since the pandemic began. We decided to try out Supercuts and we were surprised by how easily my son got his hair cut done. Special thanks to Sherry for handling my son carefully. She is awesome. My son loves getting his haircut here, they are always so good with him. They are patient and entertain him so well while being quick and efficient with a 3 yr old moving around in the chair. His hair comes out great everytime, it's affordable at 25$ a cut and on Wednesday they have a kids day where cuts are 15$. Worth it! read more

I decided to go to Supercuts because I heard it was an amazing place but the customer service was the worst. The employees were annoyed when I was asking to get my haircut and the lady kept making faces when she was cutting my hair and she was just overall annoyed when she was cutting my hair but if you actually want a good haircut with good customer service I wouldn't go here and she made my hair uneven because if you come here, you'll be sure to get a bad haircut. I would like to file a complaint, yesterday Monday I called to make an appointment, it was around 11am, the person who attended me told me that if I could go at that time because Tuesday was Seniors' day and they would be busy, I told her no, that I could go on Wednesday, but I would like to see a person who spoke Spanish, but I had forgotten her name, and she told me to call back on Wednesday, I told her that it was better to make the appointment for Wednesday at 11am. Then I called around 2pm because I was already available, but the same person answered the call, and was very rude, and unprofessional, so I told her to cancel my my appointment, because I didn't like the way she talked to me, that was at the 11th St store, I called the one on Tracy Blvd, and they took great care of me. From now on I will go to the one on Tracy Blvd and not the one on 11th. The one who works for costumer service has to be more professional. So......we have a problem. Usually they're pretty good HOWEVER, this time, my sister got her haircut here and she had layers in her hair before she walked in and when she walked out it looked like she had a bob cut with extremely long hair extensions hanging out from the back of her head. Like i have never seen such a horrible layer cut on someones hair until now. Theres literally no way to fix it now unless she either: 1) chops the rest of her hair to the short bob length or 2) she shaves her head 3) she ties it up until it all grows back and somehow evens out. For $20 i wouldn't recommend taking your wonderful set of hair to them and having it completely and utterly destroyed. Please learn to give layer cuts. read more

I've been here a few times overall I was happy with the service. Granted there's Covid but if you double book an appointment don't give me a dumb look and tell me it will be quick. People make appointments so they don't have to wait an hour in 90+ degree heat when they have to wait out doors. This place is a real hit or miss. I get mine cut every 3 weeks, the same thing each time. 1 1/2 on the top, and skin the sides. That's apparently very difficult to comprehend for some of these girls. Once in a while I get a good one, but that seems to be on my luckiest days. Price is a bit expensive for the mediocre service they provide. I go pretty much because it's closest to my house. I can't wait until I start balding. read more

It's super cuts so you get what you pay for. No fancy styling nor old school vintage car barbers. Just a simple haircut for a decent price. Still I keep coming back. I have nothing against their hair stylists. But their whole "call ahead" system is absolutely pointless. I called ahead to make an "appointment" for 6:30pm. The girl took my name down & said "great, see you then." Came in at 6:25pm for that appointment. Then was checked off the list & told "ok, there are 3 people ahead of you, so about 40 mins." I just stared at her in disbelief at first. I said "even for my appointment?" And she said "yes." I sat down for a couple minutes & tried to gather what just happened before walking out & probably never returning. Can someone please explain the meaning of "appointment" for this place? Today, I had the worst experience with this location! I walked in around 5:20pm and Megan reluctantly took down my name. Didn't give me any wait time info. There was a young girl getting her haircut with her mom waiting beside her. No one else was in the waiting area. The mom decides she wants a cut so they bump her up prior to me and is taken in by another stylist who appeared from the back. It takes the stylists close to 30 minutes to cut their hair. I say nothing! I wait for 45 minutes and by then , a couple of people come in and get their name written in. Next, they call the other people up. When I go up to the counter to ask why I was not called next, they say they were next and had called in before. Megan failed to tell me I had a wait and the other two stylists ignored me completely the entire time. I DO NOT recommend this place. Very bad service. I ended up going to Great Clips on 815 S. Tracy Blvd and they were much better. Mary did my haircut. I highly recommend her. She was very professional. read more

5 stars for friendliness and service and cleanliness 5 stars for good attitude 2 stars for skills of the stylist 1 star for vision to execute a hair style for the customer this is based only on my experience with one stylist. forgot her name. she is a thin person with long black hair worn down or in a bun from Afghanistan. very friendly my bangs were uneven , each side was uneven. i went back the following day to have her correct it. even if i have a strong cowlick or more hair on one side if my head than the other, she should have compensated since i have never before had an uneven look. i probably shouldn't have told her to do whatever she thought would look good on me. read more

This is where I go to get my haircut every 3 weeks or so - I've been lucky in getting fairly consistent haircuts. Only once did I end up with a trainee - I think luckily one of the ladies that has cut my hair on a regular basis saw some hesitation in my eyes and hopped on to cross check her work. read more
