I go for a trim + treatment with a blowout for under $100. (My hair is much thicker than pictures convey) Val makes you feel so welcome as I was nervous just reaching out via her ig: hairmagicbyval but I'm glad I did. I get it -everyone is busy but no response is just bad customer service No communication no apologies... spoke via text with Stephanie to schedule an appointment-- she asked about what times works for me, told her and she said ok but when I texted the following day to see if I'm on the schedule -no response. I called the salon again and the receptionist couldn't schedule a time either and said someone will get back to me-nope no contact--so yea I will be going elsewhere

It was my very first time going to her and boy did she not disappoint. I went in for a haircut and blowout. My visit with her consisted of lots of laughs because she is really down to earth. I loved her energy and the way she made me feel like a friend. My favorite part of the visit was wash and shampoo time because she gave the best scalp massage. During the haircut process she made sure to ask me how comfortable I was with length and that automatically let me know I was in good hands. When I finally got a glimpse of my haircut I almost cried because I have never gotten a haircut I actually loved. Thank you Rocky!! You Rocked! The salon itself is beautiful! I love the relaxing atmosphere. My favorite spot in the salon was the washing area. The only tip I give customers is to go 10 - 15 mins early to find parking.
