I have had a hard time with the idea of getting my haircut, my mom was a hairstylist but ever sense her arthritis got worse over the years, I knew it was time to have someone else do it. I came in and Autumn helped me, I told her my concerns and how I was nervous, this was new for me, I have always been particular about my hair and have had some self conscious issues as well. But she listened, understood, gave her input, and gave me ideas. Overall she listened which is hard to find now a days with customer support, and with my ideas and her suggestions my hair came out so awesome!! I give this place a -10 stars because I went in there over 2 weeks ago got the worst haircut in my life and as of today the cut is so wrong there is no way to style my hair I hate the fact I even allowed your stylist to cut my hair. I'm 64 yrs old and have had my haircut numerous times, this is the worst I've ever seen my 2 yr old great grandson would have done better. You need to train your stylist a whole better. I recently went in for a shape up, being a man that has significant hair loss it is hard for me to feel as at home as I did here. I got the manager Autumn and she was great at making sure that I felt right at home and lining up the mess of a beard and sideburns that I grow, I honestly have not done as good of a job myself. She was very understanding that I find my style very difficult to manage and was able to give me advice to help me get what I want from my look. karina and ivonne were great! they attended us quickly, and were super friendly. infact, all the stylist were. i love coming here because they make you feel special. the salon was clean and had great music the sgirls were always cleaning their area and constantly sweeping the whole area, which i loved to see that kind of helpfulness between them. my two boys were both getting cuts, but one was also getting frosted tips for the first time. he was nervous, but ivonne was great with him. she made him comfortable throughout the entire proccess. read more

I needed a hair cut something simple I went in asked for some long layers because my hair was wet from the cut I didn't notice how bad my hair was . It literally looks like I cut my own my hair and I'm pretty sure I could've done a much better job when you go into this place I advise to be very specific with what you want the stylist also seemed very distracted whenever a person would walk in she would lose focus and just stare at the people coming in. Supercuts is usually my first choice for a haircut. They're fast, clean, and they get a fade right every time. I've started going to this one after the others in town have began getting so busy that the expeditious visit has become an all night ordeal. This Supercuts is well staffed and hardly ever a long wait, that might have a lot to do with how new it is, as not many people may know there is one so close. I've read earlier reviews and I can't say I agree. One person says he waited a long time and was being ignored, I've never had this problem in the several times I've been there. Another person says she's been ripped off, but I get a haircut with a shampoo and never pay more than 15 or 20 dollars. So either the business has drastically improved, or people are simply over-exaggerating. I get my haircut by Alicia, you should ask for her. She's very friendly and easy to talk to but she'll leave you alone if you're not into chatting. She really takes the time to get your haircut right and is a bit of a perfectionist. If there's anything I don't agree with in the cut, I say something and she fixes it, not bad considering so many will just cut your hair to how they see fit, rip off the apron and send you on your way without even checking for approval. Check this place out before it starts getting too busy, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

Horrible service. As soon as I enter, none of the 3 employees greeted me or even looked and acknowledged me or my existence. It was not busy or crowded either. I sat for approximately 10 minutes and still no employee had spoken or acknowledged me. I got up and walked towards the door and yet nothing still. So I exited the establishment. I have gone to this shop for well over 10+ years and I can tell you that I absolutely look forward to it! This shop was originally started out on 7th St in Victorville (does anyone remember that?) and I occasionally went there, but when they transferred to this shop there was something different about it. It is a very warm and happy place to go. Our whole family goes and the customer service is excellent! They all make you feel like family. I have worked at my place of business for 30+ years and we have lost our sense of customer service, but not this shop. Customer service means everything to me as much as the product or services received. I always get compliments on my hair color and cut. My whole family loves the Tea Tree service. If you haven't tried it, you must! What a treat and here is a tip, go on Tuesdays; it is half price for that service. Many people don't know they also have beard trims (my husband loves it) and waxing for chin, eyebrows, etc. This is a great full service salon. The girls there are like part of the family! I love Michele, Emily, Jenny, Andrea, Nia, Lacy and Dimi. Whether we were going through good times or rough times, they always asked how my family was doing and looked forward to hearing an update on my kids or husband, etc. I couldn't ask for nicer people to see and get a great haircut and color on top of it! I have gone twice to get my haircut here, the first time was a complete win. The stylist cut my hair to perfection , left happy. The second time was not so good , a much older stylist butchered my hair , it's still looks horrible. Now that salons are opening I have to get my hair fixed. read more

She was super friendly and talkative all the while paying close attention to detail. The price is more then you might pay at a smaller buisness but defiantly worth it on this visit. The haircut was alright. But Please check your receipts and bank statements after coming here because I got a $20 haircut and bought a $20 product. I signed the $40 something dollar receipt but later found out i was charged $85. Someone decided to give themselves an extra $40 tip. read more
