Have tried Super Cuts a couple times for men, Dani gives excellent cuts, she takes her time, understands the person's styling needs. She recreates and goes a step better with the last style. Tried Dani for a women's cut for the first time, she surely is good. I was very hesitant at first as I am choosy when it comes to my hair stylist. But she did a highly satisfactory cut. She keeps checking in between, and completes only when is fully satisfied. The salon is neat and has a welcoming vibe. Would surely recommend. read more

I have been coming here for over a year getting the same haircut from Drew. Medium fade with an inch off the top. Today Drew rushed through my cut and finished in 5 minutes. He shaved my sides straight up with almost no FADE!! He then took a 1/4 off the top and everything was uneven when I got home. When I told him it wasn't what I asked for he charged me full price and said sorry. I am shocked that he could not be bothered to cut it the same way he has for the past 12 months. I should have realized that he wasn't the right stylist as even though I always ask to cut it the same as last time yet he still needed an explanation. Don't wasted your time or money they never remember you and always rush through the haircut to get you out in less them 10 minutes. The manager would NOT refund my money only issue a credit. WHY would I come back to some place that doesn't listen or remember me. read more

Arrived today thinking I had made and appointment on line. Apparently I hadn't hit enter which will surprise no one that knows me. But Dani was very accommodating saying she had one person before me and she would get me in. That was fine with me. When it was my turn she did exactly what I asked and was very friendly. Dani at the salon was sooooo sweet! I had a 2 hour window yesterday to get my errands done. I walked into the salon without an appointment. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. It also smelled fragrant. Dani had 2 customers already there, but was able to get me in 30 minutes later. She was a lovely person to chat with. I didn't tell her this but when I was getting ready to leave, I wanted to hug her. It was like chatting with my best friend. Thank you Dani. My husband took my son for a simple fade. No crazy lines. No crazy requests. Just a clean fade....first off the guy does this funky ass v shape rat tail thing in the back (which my husband didn't ask for.) My husband asked him to fix it. He did. Kinda. He continued on to "fade" his hair. The blending looks awful. Looks like he's got a bowl line around his head. After many attempts to get him to fix it they walked out of there totally unsatisfied. Which now leaves me to find new place to fix it. Haircuts are not cheap these days so yay for paying for two haircuts. . Unfortunately they didn't catch his name. #MommaWasNotHappy read more

Fantastic! I have been going to local barber and supporting their small business for years. Every time I would get a different barber at a cost of $30 per haircut. Today I decided to look for a different barber and decided on Super Cuts after a Yelp search while running errands. Dani greeted me upon walking in after making a call for an appointment. She was cutting the hair of another client at the time. My turn after just a few minutes as we chatted about what type of cut I was looking for? Honestly the best haircut I've had in years. I needed a trim and was a walk in. There was an older lady who ended up trimming my hair a few inches. Needless to say it was choppy and when I left she remarked that I shouldn't worry that my hair would be scooped in the back. Mind you, being the generous person that I am, I tipped her before she made the above statement. Such a shame that a hairstylist couldn't cut a straight line. I went to get my roots touched up at the Windsor Supper Cuts The guy that was going to do my hair matched a color to my hair and was in the back mixing it up, I only wanted roots done, the manager went in the back were the guy was mixing my color and added something to the mix. She also told the hairdresser to color all of my hair. I had just had it done six week earlier and had put in highlights. I was shocked when he started doing my whole head and not just my roots. When I asked him what he was doing he told me his boss told him to do my hair that way. It was at that point to late to do anything and the guy said it was not going to mess up my highlights. My hair turned out black. I was so upset. I told them how upset I was. The manager who added another color in the mix told me they would fix it when and for me to come back in. The manager told me to sit and she was going to wash my hair. She proceeded to bleach out my hair without my permission. Its red and orange now. She said it's fine now you didn't want it dark. I was thinking maybe they would have add some new highlights to lighten my dark hair. I put a very temporary color on it because I was going out that weekend and I couldn't go out with orange hair. The color lasted until I washed the next day. Wendy the other manager said she would meet me at the salon a few days later, to look at it ,but she never showed. The guy that did my hair called her on the phone , she told me that she would come to my house and look at my hair and that I should take the refund they were giving me.She kept me waiting most of the morning. When she got to my house she told me the manager that bleached my hair was no longer working at supper cuts and that they had ,had a lot of complaints about her. After looking at my hair she said she would go get some supplies and be right back. She text me a message saying my hair looked fine to her and I was just complaining. I told her I only came in for a touch up and I never gave anyone permission to bleach my hair! It's been a few months now and I used a dimi permanent color by my self. I can't seem to get rid of the red orange. My vacation pictures make me look like a clown with orange hair. I won't be going to supper cuts again. The supper cuts in Petuluma is ok, but Santa Rosa and Windsor Supper Cuts I stay away from. read more
