Yesterday, I met with Al at the home, and showed him the curious issue we had with the hot water. When the water would come out of the tap, it would start out strong, and then diminish. What the heck could be causing that? Well Al has seen it all; he is a true pro who has been doing this for a long time, and doing it well. He diagnosed the likely cause as being related to the valves/taps/nipples on top of the water heater. He said 'I think it's 70% likely that they are the cause of your hot water problem.' I noticed what seemed like a slow small leaking around my toilet and finally decided to call a plumber before damage was done to ceiling below. Superdrain was able to come the next morning (even offered to come that day) and assess the problem and fix it within an hour (remove and replace was seal). Saturday morning as I'm getting ready a burst of water shoots out everywhere from behind my toilet. I called around and SuperDrain came to the rescue. Called first thing after a rather brisk morning shower. Answering service took my call and informed me someone would call me back soon. Sure enough, maybe 30 min later I was contacted and told a Service Tech would be by mid afternoon. True to their word he arrived. Christian was AWESOME! He was very friendly, informative and direct. Due to the age of our home, 2 very intrusive dogs and a 8 week old puppy it was not a simple swap of the old water heater to the new. He did not let that deter him. I had superdrain come out to fix a clogged toilet on 6/22/18 in Stockton ...they charged me $320.13....today is July 8, 2018 and the toilet backed up again....i called superdrain (addie) and she said they will have to charge me again even tho it hasnt even been 30 days (only 16 days)...so i do NOT recommend them....NO STARS for SUPERDRAIN read more

Fantastic - I highly recommend Superdrain. They installed a new water heater for me a few months ago and ran into a ton of problems because the old water heater was 50 years old and everything was outdated/out of code. They had to wait for our roofer to show up a few weeks later to cut a hole in the roof so they could install the proper ventilation and finish the job. They always answer the phone, show up the same day, and always come right when they say they will or call to give you an update on their ETA, and are very respectful and tidy. Al, the owner I think, runs a very efficient shop. From making the appointment with Addie to my repair with Gabe and Christian, everything went quickly and effectively. What we thought was going to be an expensive water main issue turned out to be assessed by Gabe (experience counts) immediately and fixed within minutes. It costs but I got what I paid for: fast and friendly service, problem solved before the holidays, a promised follow up once I straighten up an issue with City water and a complete explanation of the issue and resolution. I don't know what cheaper will get you, sometimes more problems, but if you want effective plumbing service, Superdrain is it. read more

They came out pretty quick and the plumber worked fast. Would have given 5 starts but they kept giving me difference prices. The boss who I spoke with over the phone initially gave me one price which was based on an hourly rate. But when they finished the job, which took less than an hour, I was charged for 90 minutes because the job should have taken 90 min but there was a second worker so it took less time but I still had to pay for 90 minutes. I think that's something they should disclose before they start the work. Nonetheless the plumber was nice, explained things well and got the job done fast. I may use them again. read more

Had Superdrain come out to my mother's house since she had some water around the toilet and I thought the wax ring might be cracked. We've had other plumbing companies come for various jobs and haven't been extremely satisfied with their work. This last time that the laundry line was not draining properly, we broke out with the phone book and randomly called whichever companies could come the soonest (and whichever ones sounded professional as well). So, Superdrian ended up coming to do the job and the results were great. This line hadn't been draining properly for years and we had others come but didn't do a job quiet like this co. did.
