This place was an approved shop that was introduced to me through my insurance company. I made an appointment to stop by for an estimate, which took less than about 10-15mins. I decided to have Superior Auto complete the repair work which took about just under 2 weeks to complete. I called a few times to check the status (of parts received and progress with labor, etc) and was updated accordingly. Luckily the parts were all in stock and acquired locally so that helped. This was my first time using any auto collision repair shop and I am happy with the work that was done. The work looks spectacular, and they went above and beyond. I picked my car up on a rainy day. My car was not only repaired beautifully but washed, lightly wax and detailed. I would have to say this business truly cares about delivering quality work and making a lasting impression. Well it's been about a week since I contacted my Mercury insurance broker who sent an enquiry regarding my issue with my vehicle still not being restored to pre-accident condition, I hadn't received a response from the claims unit, so I called. I spoke with Tammy who was supremely diligent with ascertaining my issue, she provided me with the options she came up with for her next steps, very thoughtful. Soon after, mere minutes I received an email and a text advising the rep that handles this body shop had been brought up to speed, then I was provided with his contact information and I received a call from him, Jonathan. Jonathan reached out to the body shop spoke with Vince who advised the part was indeed in and arrangements were made to bring my vehicle in with my son in-law, the hours of operation conflict with my work schedule. The horn was replaced and it is indeed functioning as it did prior to the accident, Vince did call me to let me know the repair had been completed, he also owned the lack of timely communication, for that I raise the rating, having integrity matters. read more

Recently I had a particularly challenging issue with the damage to my car. I have a brand new electric vehicle, and they didn't even have the parts in their catalog. Sadly this is not the first time we have brought our cars in for bodywork. Rear-ended again.... Each time the cars have comeback looking phenomenal.... Cannot tell where the damage was. Timely and awesome work and repair. They dealt with our insurance company even though they were not part of the insurance preferred shops. They took extra care to inspect under the fender and found more structural damage that needed to be fixed and also made sure all safety sensors were calibrated properly .... this was more important than the actual visual body damage to me! Be warned, these people will lie to you about when your car will be ready. I was told three separate times that the car would be ready "on Friday" and so did not take things out of my car that I would need for the weekend. Friday rolls around and nobody calls me to tell me that the car won't actually be ready. One hour before closing I finally call them only to learn that the car isn't done. I won't be back, and I guess this is what I get for using a Mercury-affiliated shop. read more

Vince was friendly at first. Then he was deceptive and lied about the parts he would fix. Vince would not provide me with a written detailed estimate until after I turned in my car. The estimate was emailed to me, so I could not review it on the spot. Vague and misleading language in the estimate created pathways for Vince to not fix parts we agreed he would fix. Worst, when I picked up my car, fender trim parts were missing from my car. Vince told me I can bring it back and they will put them on, then he ignored me for months. I called weekly. Finally he said I had to pay for the replacement parts they left off my car and they will put them back on. There's too many good repair shops around. This is another sleazy Inglewood repair shop disguised as looking clean and acting professional. My issues with Superior will likely end in court. read more

My brother drove my truck and returned it to me with the front bumper separated from the main body of truck. Of course he denied causing the damage, but the bumper was shaking pretty bad, so I went to the dealership & bought a wheel mount with fastener clips, which my son put on for me. Last week, I parked too close to the parking lot concrete stopper thingy, & the bumper shook loose again, causing windshield fluid leakage. Yesterday, I decided to stop at Superior Auto Collision Center in my neighborhood to get a repair estimate. A gentleman names Jason willingly looked at the bumper; he even asked another person to help, and they tightened up the fasteners and closed the gap between the bumper & truck for me. It looks pretty close to perfect, now, and guess what, he changed me NOTHING for the repair, I couldn't believe it, but I'm very grateful for my new year's gift! Superior Auto Collision, is an excellent auto body shop and repair. As a result of an accident my insurance recommended Superior Auto Collision and they were prompt to help me, they took my car in the same day of accident, they did a check for any internal damage my car would have undergone, there is guarantee in their work too which made me feel at ease. They got everything right down to matching the color of the paint of my car. My car was back to being good as new in as little as 3 weeks. I thought I wouldn't have my car for months but they did a great job of keeping my informed of when my parts were coming in and on any progress made. Jason was also in the office and did the final walk through with me to show me the work that had been done, his customer service was kind yet informative. In the middle of so much stress that an car accident can bring, kindness goes a long way. They also work closely with enterprise car rentals, so when you drop off your car for repairs, enterprise came to pick me up and drop me off, so I would have a rental car to use while my car was being worked on. DO NOT USE... Repair took one month longer than estimated. Terrible communication by the shop. Had to repeatedly call the shop for an update, which they said, "Just a couple more days." Shop never called. Look at using another collision center, there are plenty of them in LA. Referred to them by Mercury Insurance, which is a separate issue. read more

My Range Rover Velar had a broken mirror as well as the broken shell on the driver side from a hit and run. My car insurance "Mercury" provided the BEST location for repair and it was definitely in good hands once Jason took care of me from day 1. My vehicle was maybe in the shop for 24 hours after Jason notified me that the mirror was received and ready for installation.
