I am a college student and funds are very tight. Having to replace my windshield was intimidating to me because of the cost. I asked for their Groupon deal, and subsequently had to reschedule a bunch of times to be able to get the funds together. Marissa most certainly helped me out with the process and understood my circumstances. She said she was happy to help people out and certainly did that for me. When I was finally able to make my appointment, I was in and out in an hour and a half (just as they said), and the work is beautiful! I had never paid someone to detail one of my cars, taking pride in doing it myself instead. But our 2000 Land Cruiser needed more after years of driving kids around. I chose Superior based on their high feedback rating and am glad I did. I had them detail the interior and also wash the exterior. Right away when I got it back I noticed the wheels were cleaner than they had ever been. Looking at the interior, I was amazed at how the carpet looked new, some of the plastic that I could never get clean was really clean, and of course it smelled great. I used Superior Auto because they were one of the few body shops with great reviews and they cam through with flying colors. I have a Audi RS5 with a custom paint job. They did great dentless repairs and had the body shop next door do the replacement parts. The color match was perfect. They kept me updated regularly and the car was ready when they said it would. From the initial visit to the final pickup this place knocked it out of the park. They tinted my front windows, installed the clear bra and removed many dents. I would highly recommend Superior. Amazing customer service and windshield repair job. A rock hit my windshield and caused a little chip. After searching Yelp, I saw that Superior had a 5 star rating so I decided to give them a try. Not only did they do a great job, but they also had my repair done in less than 15 minutes. While we were waiting for the resin to dry, we noticed some paint scuff marks on my lower bumper. Took advantage of the Yelp deal offered and got a brand new windshield for my sedan for $165 ($75 off). The workmanship looks great - no visual warping or anything like that. Has not rained yet but fingers crossed that there are no issues! I took off one star since there was a bunch of rubber and other debris all over the driver/passenger seat, dashboard, sitting on the air vents from the replacement. Nothing is damaged but would have been nice if they had vacuumed/removed particles. read more

So pleased with the service I got when I came in for a wash/wax. Prior to making the appointment I called a few other places and Superior had the best price point. When I arrived I was greeted by name. Ryan was friendly and their service ended up being speedier than originally quoted. I wish I caught the name of the female who did the work. She caught a manufacturer issue with my tire and made sure to point out the hazard for my safety (not even her job and something the VW dealership missed a week prior when I was in for maintenance). Great job. I called and explained a tight schedule and need to get my car detailed after a cross country drive. They got me in that afternoon. I was provided a free loaner car since it was just me who dropped it off. This was great because I was able to go to the mall about 10 minutes down the road and get some stuff done while the car was getting detailed.
