I began my search for a windshield replacement on Groupon. That's where I found a coupon for Superior Auto Image. The reviews averaged 4-5 stars and complimentary (Yelp has most of their reviews under the same name with their old address). I decided to check out Living Social and found a better coupon there. I contacted Superior the next morning to schedule an appointment. Marisa Gomez was great. She gave me three appointment options for later that day and then told me that I could get an even better deal on local.amazon.com. Easy to find (next to 7-11 near Monaco & Leetsdale), I showed up and was warmly greeted by Marisa and a nice gentleman (forgot his name) that immediately began working on my windshield. I handled some paper work with Marisa and mentioned that I'd like to get an estimate on repairing some damage to the bumper on my Civic. Less than five minutes later I was greeted by the owner, Kevin Gomez. Kevin and his crew replaced my windshield, repaired my bumper, restored my headlights (they look like new), and used Plasti Dip to fix the cracked molding on a window all in about two hours. While they did all of this, I sat in their waiting area and used their free wifi to get some work done. My Civic looks so much better! My 16 yr old daughter was really pleased when she saw it. Because she knows that in a couple of months its going to be her first car. I will be back! read more

I never thought I'd have a review-worthy experience just going for a car wash, but I was in awe of the service I received at Superior Auto Image every step of the way. Kevin answered within a couple rings and helped squeeze me into an immediate appointment. While my car was being washed and detailed I noticed that they also do window tinting, so I asked Kevin about it. He explained the whole process, the legal limits, and exactly what the different numbers meant. To help me decide, he even stood at the window with me and pointed out what level of tint every car that drove past had. It was at that moment that I was completely struck by how much time and care he was willing to give to me and how patient he was with my indecisiveness. Even after Kevin took all that time with me, his self-descried better half Marisa spent time with me giving me her own independent opinions on tint options, which really helped me to feel better about my decision. We recently bought a used car for our teenagers to drive. The previous owner took excellent care of the car, but had a dog and the leather seats were a little dirty. Because of pet allergies, I decided to have it detailed. I had tried "an interior clean" at a big car wash sight, but they didn't do anything I couldn't have done, and no, throwing some fragrance in there doesn't make it better, it just makes our allergies worse! So I went to Superior on a mechanic's recommendation. They did a great job! The shop is really clean, it is easy to make an appointment, and I was so impressed with the cleaning that I took my 8 year old van in. Normally I keep my cars pretty clean, and I've never been able to justify the cost of a detailing, but I was so impressed, I felt it was worth it. Great work! read more

The guy running this show is probably insane. If you post anything he disagrees with he will try to take it down and discredit you. I worked here and he cannot handle criticism. The tools are very outdated and falling apart. The staff doesn't know what they're doing & the guy running this place is stuck in his old ways. Before I worked here I came from of the highest rated dealerships and thought I'd give this place a shot. I had to quit mid day after seeing how this place was run. Absolutely speechless. I have never walked out before and this place did it. Isn't that funny? He will take down negative reviews & that's probably why this is rated 5 stars. How laughable. These guys are awesome! Brought my Porsche in at two different occasions, once to plasti dip my rear badge, and another for tinting my two front windows; and at both times, the customer service was beyond exceptional and the end results were better than I expected. Kevin and Ryan take the time to go over stuff with you. Nothing is ever rushed and they'll work with you so that ultimately you can make a sound decision. After the May 2017 hailstorm a good friend recommended that I take my car to Superior Auto Image for an estimate and repair. In doing so, I found Kevin and his team to be amazing! They worked with my insurance company and restored my car to its original beauty, including detailing it before I picked it up! Found these guys by accident and really glad I did. I was preparing my wife's car to be sold and after detail work and a few small dent removals, no doubt I got more $$ for it. I took my lexus in for a scratch and small dent in my bumper, they did such a great job matching the paint and you can't even see where the dent was. Good service and they went out of their way to get my car windshield finished before the weekend, even staying beyond normal hours.
