I needed a windshield repair since a rock caused a crack in my window. I submitted a request through yelp and Michelle contacted me within 20 minutes to give me more information and to give me a quote. Upon arrival they take a look at the job and let me know it will still be visible but you'll be able to see it a little less and will prevent the crack from spreading. The job was done quicker than quoted which is great. Overall, they did a great job and would recommend this place to anyone who experiences a crack in their window. Their prices are also great.

This is my second time with this company and I'm happy with my results this time around again. I got my quote quick, got an appointment same day and a leaving with the piece of mind my windshield is completely fixed.
Overall experience went very smooth and easy. From getting quotes, to coming into the store to look at the materials to seeing the final product was great. I originally found Superior Auto Glass & Tint on Yelp and had all my questions answered for windshield by Christina. She provided a quote that best fit my budget. And that led me to come here to replace my windshield. Then when I came in I was assisted by Norberto who was very welcoming and professional. The wait wasn't too long and I was able to get wifi so I can work. Plus the have free drinks and snacks which is a plus. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get windshield service.

Went in initially to get my Tesla Model Y tinted, but they were so fast and so professional I also had my Polestar 2 tinted as well. All options explained very clearly, no pressure just informative employees. Great communication, and they even fit both cars in same day. Even grabbed a Dr Pepper and some chips from their complimentary snack bar. Installation looks great so far (24 hours later), will come back again for cars in the future and will definitely recommend!

This shop gave a great efficient and professional experience from the start of giving information tutorial of the different tint product types to the final walkthrough and warranty information. Norberto and Jeff were amazing help. I reached out through yelp quote request and they were one of the first to respond and helped give their full no nonsense quotes over email correspondence making it super easy. Entering the shop felt hole on the wall but they know their products and know their process very well. It was nice to be offered water and other drinks and snacks that are available to customers. I did a full tint job for my prius and went with the Ceramic IR. At pick up time, At first I was a little taken aback by the job; it looked great from afar, but there was bubbling and other marks BUT the team was patient with me and took the time to double walkthrough and explain that there is a curing process for the tint. I'd definitely come back and recommend anyone looking for an honest window shop, specifically for tint, to contact the shop and get a quote. They gave me what I feel is a great value in the product and customer service.

Superior auto glass & tint shop gave me the best customer service than any other tint shops I called & visited. They made booking an appointment so easy & were able to get me in the same day!! Upon getting there I was greeted and was helped right away. They showed me a quick informational video about window tint which made choosing my tint an easy experience. They tinted my car in a very timely manner & I was very satisfied with the outcome! I would definitely come back & recommend this shop to anyone looking for a well done job!!! read more

2nd time coming here and theyve done a amazing job. I didn't catch the rep name but he helped me set up a appointment really quickly for same day. Everybody in the shop was really knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about the products they had. We ending up going with a 3m tint for my whole car including front windshield and it looks amazing. I asked for quotes for windshield replacement on Yelp and Superior Auto Glass and Tint Shop gave me the cheapest quote at $134 for my vehicle. I was surprised that they picked up when I called because I called on a Sunday, which is a day the shop is closed but Chris answered and made my appointment for that following Monday morning. The replacement was very quick. They said it would take about two hours when I got there but it only took one hour! They did a great job at explaining the extras I could get along with my windshield but I declined. They also offer free drinks and snacks while you wait in the waiting room, along with magazines and a show playing on the TV for your entertainment. Overall, I had a great experience and definitely would refer Superior Auto Glass and Tint Shop to anyone looking for a windshield replacement, tint, or rims. ***In the pictures there is a reflection of a wire that goes above my garage, it kind of looks like a crack but it's not. read more

Just got the windows of my Pilot tinted. This is the second vehicle we bring to this shop. They provide excellent customer service and the quality is excellent. I went to get my windows tinted and I will definitely be referring my family/friends. The customer service was amazing and very straight to the point. Amber really helped make this process as best as it can be. I found them originally on Yelp and seen all these great reviews. I immediately called and had an appointment scheduled right away! I got 2 reminder text messages before my appointment! I dropped off my car at 12:30pm and it was ready when I got out of work at 5pm. My car looks AMAZING! Exactly what I wanted. Superior also granted me a lifetime warranty just in case I see any issues with my tint. Thank you so much Superior ! read more

My windshield had a really nasty crack from a rock on the freeway. Superior auto glass was the best price and very accommodating in replacing my windshield. A couple of weeks later another rock hit me and i got a smaller crack. They once again did any amazing job. Turns out 2 Little Rock's hit my windshield but they did a great job for a great price! Got 3m Crystalline installed on the entire car. Jeff and the whole team at Superior Auto are quick to get you scheduled and do some really good work. The staff is very nice and helpful. Jeff and his company Superior Auto Glass & Tint Shop are seriously the best! They tinted both my car as well as my husband's car... I originally found them on Yelp a couple years ago and I can attest the great reviews are true! My review is a long time coming, I recently worked with them on My brand new 2021 TESLA and realized I should've written my review long before, I actually thought I had written one!! Anyhow, here it is now - and very well deserved! Jeff & the girls are very easy to work with, down to earth, so kind and has awesome products. One of the things I really love regarding their products is that he offers a true black/grey tint, not blue or purple like other places have, this was such an important element to me! I also add the clear bra paint protection film on the front of my car to protect my brand new Tesla front any chips and debris on the freeway. I then add the ceramic coating after all that was done. They're very information and they like to educate their customers as far as options go. Their prices are fair and They are efficient , and the quality impeccable. I will never go anywhere else for tinting / clear bra paint protection and ceramic coating. and he definitely can expect to see us again for our next cars or any other tinting work that arises! I can't recommend Jeff enough for car tinting and clear bra paint protection needs. Thank you, Jeff and team ! You guys rock! PS the puppy they have cute puppy Frenchie named Chanel. Watch out. FIRST, let me state that Jeff, the owner, is a genuinely nice man. Humble and kind and understanding. That being said, this was not a good experience for me. I chose Superior Auto because of all the good reviews on Yelp. My windshield suffered a crack from a rock. I got my insurance on board and we were good to go. Superior upsold me front window tinting (very light, UV protected). The car had a factory tint, but I'm sure it was not UV protected. Immediately I noticed that at night the traffic lights and brighter tail lights were triple image. After multiple calls to Superior (and HORRIBLE customer service) we were finally able to confirm that this was not normal. The warranty guarantee would require Jeff to contact the manufacturer for warranty approval. Superior does NOT do warranty work on weekends and close at 6. I work 1 1/2 hours from my house (traffic) and I had to take time off from work to accommodate their warranty work to remove the film from the windshield. Did that 2 weeks AFTER the install, drove it and my vision was back to normal. I tried returning the next day (per Jeff) to reinstall because most likely it was a bad spot in the roll. But when I showed up (after calling a few times to confirm we were a go and NO ONE answered the phone) he decided to give me my money back and not try again! If he answered my call I could have saved myself a trip. But the truth is, he's overbooked for the day (a Saturday) and led me to believe he could squeeze me in. But he claims he's afraid it will happen again. I own a Lexus, they installed the windshield. He claims they do it on high-end cars ALL the time. So he ONLY stands by his warranty IF you bring on the weekday at THEIR convenience. Never mind that my work schedule is 6 to 6 daily during the week. So he turned me away after wasting two weeks of my life, no tint, just new windshield. Not to mention, when they returned the car to me the first time there were black boot scuff marks on my running board (see pictures). The ONLY reason I did not give a 1 star review is that the owner is very nice. He just hires HORRIBLE customer care people, SELDOM answers the phone or returns phone messages and back-paddled out of his up-sell because it was too inconvenient for him. Do NOT use this place. read more

I'm a little late writing this, sorry about that, but I came here since it was the only place that responded to my message. Brought two cars to get them done, the tint is perfect. I even made sure with my bro and he liked it too. During the day it keeps the sun out like sunglasses if not better. I recommend this place they have a pretty good prices for a very great job, not to mention a life time warranty as long as you own the car and if there are any air bubbles they'll take care of it not saying there are any on mine. Definitely bringing my next car here & recommending them to my friends and family. read more

Let me first start off by saying that I hardly ever write reviews, but felt it necessary to share the AWESOME experience I had with Superior Auto Glass & Tint Shop, and in particular, the the manager Christina and the Owner JEff. Prior to taking delivery of my new Tesla, I spent several hours researching, reading Yelp reviews, and speaking with about a dozen or so other installers in the Inland Empire area to ask about their services and pricing of clear bra and ceramic coating and window tinting. They was the most responsive and offered very competitive pricing. His response time was so fast that he sent me a text 10 minutes after my initial inquiry (which was in the latter part of the evening) - wow! My car had partial clear bra previously installed at the Tesla dealership I bought it from. However, I didn't like the line across the hood and was looking to have fuller coverage and add window tinting and ceramic coating. Jeff thoroughly answered my initial questions (via text), and I agreed to take my car to his shop the following week so that he can get a closer look in person and provide a more accurate quote. Other shops I received quotes were asking for over $9,000 for the type of services I wanted (which I find utterly ridiculous unless you have that much money to burn). I ended up buying the Stage 1 paint correction, full frontal clear bra (Llumar w/10-yr warranty), full exterior ceramic coating (upgraded to two layers and 4-yr warranty) , 3M Crystalline 50 on all my windows. I also added ceramic coating on my wheels and brake calipers. Clear bra was also added to both doors and rocker panels. I initially didn't plan on purchasing that much protection and only wanted coverage on the high impact areas, but as soon as Jeff provided pricing which I thought was more than reasonable, I decided to purchase the additional coverage. There was absolutely no upsell or pressure from Jeff or Christina, and I felt very comfortable and trusted their advice. In the end, they were nice enough to throw in protection on the rear bumper strip and even customized the side mirrors for me - totally awesome - THANK YOU!! Even though my Tesla is a new car, you don't realize that the dealership can sometime leave swirl or scratch marks if they aren't careful with the type of wash they use - Jeff was able to point this out with fine inspection, which he cleared up with Stage 1 and in some instances Stage 2 correction. Once they completed the install, I was very happy with their work. The quality was very good such that they wrapped the clear bra around edges (where appropriate) so that the lines would not be visible. On top of that, they were very fast. I dropped my car Friday morning and received it back Tues evening. Their customer service was awesome too. Would I go back there again? Yes definitely! The quality, service and pricing makes it a no-brainer. I will be in the market for a new SUV next year and will make sure to see Jeff and team. I went here with only a slight familiarity with tint and what I wanted but once I checked in at my scheduled appointment time the women at the front were very knowledgeable, descriptive and professional about the different tints they offered. I ended up getting the highest grade of 3M tint after their demonstration for the highest heat resistance and highest quality. I got 5% limo tint for my back seat and rear windows and 20% for the front driver and passenger windows. I kinda wish I got the windshield done as well but I know for sure I will be back here when I decide I want that done. The installation was professionally done in the exact amount of time estimated with only ONE very tiny mistake: I was able to remove the "3M" logo on the tint film for all windows except for the rear driver side window because that film was installed backwards so technically the logo is trapped between the window and the inside of the film. I don't see it obviously because I don't sit in that seat so it's not a big deal for me really. The best part was that I was able to use their third party finance company to pay for my tint. I paid it off within the 100 day interest free period so I only paid for the tint and installation, no interest or fees. There is also a lifetime warranty with both of their brands, 3M and Lumen, so in the rare event my tint does start to fade or bubble I can go to this shop and they will replace the bad tint free of charge. read more

Babe and I got a good deal for 2 cars. They made it easy for us when it came to scheduling. They were able to take off old tint on one car and put brand new tint couple hours before closing. This is the spot to go. Hand down it's been 3 weeks since and it looks so amazing. We got the limo all the way around on the Kia Optima and for the Honda Accord Sport window tint in the back with a shade lighter in the front (heat resistant) and lifetime warranty. read more
