    I've been going to another one up north, they appear to be cheaper but it's really not because they don't shampoo the car seats thoroughly when you pay for the service. I was out running errands anyways, why not try this place out - their staff aren't bunch of high school kids either. When I went to pick up my car about an hour later, my car was so clean. They shampooed my seats so good that the steins that the other place had told me won't get out from my dogs - were gone! I like it. You can't even tell I have dogs in the car, nope.

    Are used to love this place but lately it seems like at the complete and total rip off. Went in for an inspection, lube job and free car wash and they couldn't even be bothered to wipe off my dash. Kinda sad they can't even wipe things off. Spent $113.50 some "complimentary" wash that was. Will NEVER go back.

    Went to get a detail and basically got a $14.99 car wash. I paid $49.99 ( see picture) this is how they gave me the car back. I spoke to the manger Arron and he didn't bother to rectify the situation at ALL. I explained to Arron I'll pay for what work they have done, and not looking to get anything free. So I would save you're money, time and effort because this place is terrible.

    After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to service my car at this shop but still did due to their convenient location. On my first visit, they took more than an hour between the oil change and the complimentary car wash. Mechanic was courteous and professional though I got the usual upsell recommendations (dirty filters, flushes etc.) as all these places usually do. Complimentary wash was not bad at all. There were some dirty spots here and there but it was FREE so I won't complain. On my second visit everything went smoothly and I was out of there in about 30min. I did pass on the free wash to speed things up and took a raincheck instead. I think I would not pay for any of the Super-Duper-Ultra expensive wash packages as I would probably be displeased with the results based on all the negative online reviews. I will keep visiting this location for the time being.

I rent vehicles on Turo so…read morethere's times when my cars are getting rented twice weekly so the same cars will get washed multiple times in a week span. Yesterday I brought my Tesla in to get washed and the employees there wiped so hard on the lettering that they bent the decal off along with one of the letters. You can see the fibers from the cleaning mitts they used stuck under the lettering. The lead staff informed me and we both took pictures of the affected area. I suggested that I would just order the replacement letters from Amazon and just be refunded next time in at the shop. The lead staff told me that she would have the boss contact me. Moving forward, the boss calls me and instantly begins absolving the shop of any responsibility, saying first, "Oh the shop that wrapped your car did a faulty job so take it back to them." Then after I explained to her that they've washed this same car several times and this NEVER happened, she said, "Oh it's the sun that caused this to happen." As a business owner myself I pride myself on making things right versus absolving myself of any liability. The replacement lettering was $39 on Amazon, less than the price I pay for a wash, but instead of making it right they wanted to make excuses and sidestep the issue. Needless to say, they've lost out on a customer that spends over $500 monthly on car wash services for multiple cars. If you have a higher end vehicle or any vehicle that is wrapped don't go to this place. If anything happens they'll make an excuse to avoid paying anything out.

Jeremiah was super sweet and literally helped me vacuum out my car, and taught me the coolest carpet hack with the air blower. BlueWave gained a loyal customer. However, I canceled my car wash membership about seven months ago when they switched to a new system and increased their rates. At that time, they asked for my card to continue service, and I declined because I did not want to proceed at the higher rate. I assumed my account was canceled. Unfortunately, I did not check my bank account for several months, and I later discovered that I had been charged the higher membership rate the entire time -- even though I did not use the service. I have been trying to resolve this issue for about two months, but I have received no response or follow-up communication. While I appreciate the quality of their work and the kindness of the staff, the lack of communication and billing issue is very disappointing. As of today, I still have not been contacted. My account has now been canceled. I am giving one star -- one star for the cleaning quality and friendliness, but the overall experience regarding billing and communication has been frustrating.
