Superior was great on the phone giving me an idea of what I'd be looking at for cost and time. I went through the insurance since the repair was higher than my deductible and I wasn't at fault for the accident so no impact on my rate. Superior got me a quote right away and the insurance was happy with the number so they approved it. They had me drop off my car on a Monday morning and told me it would be 3-5 days. It was ready Thursday afternoon so right in the provided timeline. The works looks great, can't even tell where the damage was. They were very friendly, quick and did great work at a reasonable cost. I'd recommend Superior for any repair work you need done.

From start to finish, Superior provided me with an experience that exceeded my expectations and I would use them again (hopefully I don't need to!) Their receptionist was friendly and made me feel at ease about helping me. The owners are thorough and attentive. They never make you feel like you are burdening them with questions. The left my car looking better than it did before it was damaged! The repairs took about as long as expected, and although there was a minor hiccup, they quickly took care of it. Im am happy that this shop is around!

I'd avoid this guy like the plague when it comes to fixing dents…read more He's dishonest, fabricates stories, and will try to blame the customer. He'll boast about having 32 years of experience, yet will incompetently resort to drilling holes if the dent is "too hard" to access, when all he needed to do was remove the interior panel. A lazy approach to make a quick buck. He ended up drilling a hole in my door without my permission. Not only did he drill a hole without asking for permission, but he also drilled on a spot that affects the integrity and safety of the door. Lastly, the exposed edges of the hole are starting to corrode. Then he blatantly lied by saying that the hole was there previously when I caught him using a drill gun. I thought he was removing bolts for access, but it was too late because he had already drilled a 1/2" hole. His reasoning for not disclosing the drilling of the hole is that I know everything about PDR, and that automatically permits him to drill. It's like hiring a contractor to repaint your living room. You expect them to work within the agreed-upon boundaries -- paint the walls, perhaps patch some cracks. Instead, they decide to knock a hole through the wall into your kitchen without telling you, reasoning, "Well, you know a lot about home renovations, so that means you must have consented to this extra step." The justification shifts responsibility onto you, even though the decision (and its consequences) were entirely theirs. $270 dent fix now became a $5,000 door replacement and repaint. The worst part is he won't even take responsibility for making things right with the customer, nor reach a resolution. He then denied drilling a hole, despite seeing him with a drill gun while working on my car.

We got it zip tied pretty securely but wanted a proper fix, so Artiagas is where we came for a same day quote. I called ahead. The guy who helped us was quick and efficient and friendly. They ended up being booked out the whole following week, so we scheduled for the following Monday (so about a week and a day). I didnt mind because of the friendly service, the quote seemingly reasonable, and the car still being drivable in the mean time. We dropped the car off in the AM Monday and had it back Tuesday late afternoon. There was a short delay due to waiting on a part I guess! The car was fixed beautifully (well, as beautiful as a non replaced reattached bumper on an old teenage car can be...) and the quote was right on target with what we ended up having to pay. Super professional and reasonable. Would definitely recommend you take your car here for body work!

Service- 5 stars Reuben assisted me throughout the process. He would answer all my questions and respond back to me in less than 1 hour for every message I would send him. He was honest and detail-oriented throughout the entire process Communication- 5 stars A huge thumbs up for Reuben for keeping constant communication throughout the process. It started from getting a rough estimate over Yelp message before bringing my car in, and responding to me promptly throughout the process. To be fair, you have to be proactive and send a message to him first; I get that he's too busy to update everyone on their car's status. However, if you reach out and send a message, he usually got back to me quickly (even during after-hours). Easy modes of communication as well, as Reuben was flexible with communicating through Yelp messages, text messages, and calls. Bottom Line Reuben does good work and always keeps you in the loop with your car repairs (just make sure you are the one initiating the message). In a world where no one calls anyone anymore, I love how Reuben stayed in constant communication through text or Yelp messages.

She takes care of the customers when they come in,maintenance the snack and coffee table, pops the popcorn and makes sure that anyone who comes in that door is taken care of. A proper concierge for sure. Next was Joseph, my service rep, was kind and professional the whole experience and actually listened when I talked, which is really hard to do, when I went to other collision centers for my kids' cars, it seemed as if all they were trying to do was get their check as quickly as possible. It did not seem that way with Joseph. He seemed genuine and wanted to do the best job that he could do. My vehicle was taken in and scheduled to be in for repair approximately seven days but was finished earlier because of the exceptional service Caliber Collision offers--Joseph texted me every step of the process, letting me know if there were going to be any delays, as well as any updates, broken or missing parts, or any unexpected costs that may have come up. Once I received my vehicle, Joseph wasn't there, and Gladis was able to get the Manager, to deliver the vehicle while Gladis checked me out. The manager listened very carefully to any concerns I had and made sure that I was taken care of. The customer service and the final product at Caliber Collision seem to be something that this company takes pride in to ensure you have the best experience before your car is repaired and after it is repaired, as they gave me a lifetime warranty on the work that was done in their shop. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars--no complaints--and would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get their car repaired not only in Bakersfield but nationwide. It seems like the ratings for these places are all the same--pretty high--but research everything as i did and just like anything else, not all Caliber Collisions will be created equal, you may not have a "Gladis" or "Joseph" at your location but I sure hope you do..

A trim piece near the front fog light area fell off, which makes me question how secure the repairs were. In addition, the back right door still doesn't look properly aligned. I expected the vehicle to be restored to its pre-accident condition, both in safety and appearance. Unfortunately, the quality of the finishing work did not meet that expectation. I recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before leaving and addressing any concerns immediately. I hope the shop will stand behind their work and make this right.

On Friday, I received a text from them saying my car should be ready the following Friday, 6/7. Three minutes later, another text said it will be ready Tuesday 6/4. The following day another text said completion date is now 6/6. The next three days, the same text giving 6/6 as completion day. Although the texts were somewhat inconsistent, I didn't mind because I know there are unforeseen circumstances, and overall, I was pleased that they were keeping me updated. On 6/6, they informed me the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. The next day, Crystal called and said my car was ready to be picked up, however, she said she had one question: Did my insurance send me a check for the repairs? I told her no, I thought they sent it to you guys. She said no, we haven't received it yet. Why they would wait until my car is done to ask me this is beyond my comprehension. She should already know that my insurance company is contracted with them to send the money directly to Carriage Masters, and never directly to the customer. Crystal said she would contact my insurance to get it straightened out. The next day I called Crystal, and she said they were never able to contact the insurance company, that every time they would get "disconnected" and that they would have to hold my car over the weekend and try again on Monday. On Monday, my wife called and spoke to Mackenzie at the front desk to ask her why they would say the car was ready when they knew all along that the payment had not yet been received. Mackenzie threw Crystal under the bus and told my wife to call back at 9:00 am, when Crystal would be there, and told my wife "maybe you would have better luck if you called the insurance company yourself." We called the insurance company and got a hold of them right away and within minutes, they cleared everything up with Carriage Masters. We went right away to pick up the car. Mackenzie called Charley from the back to go over the repairs with us. When Mackenzie handed our paperwork to Charley, she got real close to him and started whispering something to him. When she saw that my wife was watching and trying to hear what she was telling Charley, Mackenzie took Charley out of the office, and around the corner, out of sight of my wife. Very suspicious and definitely rude. Charley went over the repairs and everything seemed fine. But, then I noticed that the spoiler had two deep scratches that weren't there when I brought it in. If I hadn't noticed it, they would have never had said anything. Was this what Mackenzie was whispering to Charley? Very suspicious, indeed. Just as I mentioned the scratches to Charley, Louie came and said he would fix it right away and pay for a rental car for us. He said the car should be ready by Wednesday, 6/12. Wednesday came and went without a call, as did Thursday. Finally, they called on Friday to say it was ready. The scratches were fixed on the spoiler, but, now I see what appears to be a fingerprint on the hatch that won't come off. Do to their rudeness and inefficiency, I would not recommend this place...
