They came up with excuse after excuse. We finally got to the point where we literally had to threaten to expose them which they told us if we did, they would sue us. We felt welcomed and were provided all the information we needed in a clear and straightforward manner. Then we brought two windows in from our lanai for fresh vinyl and in just a couple hours they called and said they were ready, and they looked great! Then, Jeremy came out to measure our lanai storm door for replacement, and while he was here he replaced three panels of vinyl windows on site.... And did a great job with the three. Finally, today Jeremy returned to remove the old lanai door and install a new door, and threshold. He really knows what he's doing and cares a lot about the quality of his work.
