Believe the other bad reviews about their customer service, now under new management Jason Medico, sales Casey Franz. We went over a month of downtime and zero proactive communication from the store. It shouldn't the customer's job to chase down management for updates on a defective product. On March 2nd RVA Repairs, Lakeside's Asko service third party came for ten minutes and said they didn't know the problem and said would order a new main board, UI board, and latch but wasn't 100% sure that would fix it which would also be another two week turn around time to order/ship the parts and fix. Ended up having Asko send a replacement on March 9th with Lakeside Appliance's contractor who they've worked with for "over 30 years" to install it the next week. No service window was provided for when the plumber contractor would come to install new dishwasher. Had to call Appliances on Lakeside to contact them to let me know when the installation time window was. Kevin, the contractor, scratches the front of the dishwasher right off of the van and scratches the doorhandle while installing it. Avoid this store if you value follow-through and reliability.

I go to pay for it, tell the cashier that I need cash back, then he runs my card as credit. I say "actually I need that run as debit, I need cash back remember?" he replies, "oh, well, your card isnt setup as debit" I say, " you mean the one I have in my hand that says DEBIT on the front?" his answer: "Yes. That card isnt set up to be run as debit" I ask "so what can be done now?" to which he says back, "have a great day, oh and you can get the fishing licenses online" I'd rather be kicked in the head by a mule than go back to that store. I'd rather drive my rusty ol' pick up truck into a Crisco factory at full speed and die in a grease fire, than go back to Harrows Home Center. If it were up to me, if I were given an option, I'd drive my boat into the middle of the Chesapeake Bay, drill a hold in the hull and sink to the bottom while cursing the ground that Harrows built on. I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.
