Were able to set an appt. for me quickly which I appreciated as I had a lot of water in my dryer vent from years of neglect and a clog, just bought the house. The day I called we had a torrential storm and one of the technicians was out in the downpour working, poor guy. After they left my basement room where they worked was covered in lint, debris and filth. When the rain stopped I looked out my window and found mounds of lint everywhere. Sent the pic below to the owner, nothing, no response. If cleaning is what they do, then blowing a vent and leaving filth everywhere is not my idea of value for money. I paid $179 read more

Pros Easy to get appt, on time, polite, wore shoe coverings, did a good job, took 4 hrs on a medium sized house with two units, cost around $600. Cons Their huge pipes left a couple huge nicks on my wooden floors... Left lint and dirt under the vents on the carpet... When I asked for it to be cleaned they vacuumed up a couple spots but not the whole house vents... Left holes on my air ducts and had to ask them to come back and tape those up... Don't know if they taped up all the holes or not... Didn't show me any vidoes or before after pics. Also didn't do a thorough job on dryer vent. Very unsatisfied. I had appointment scheduled for today but they called me after the scheduled time to see if I could reschedule due to their virus concerns. Understandable, but they could have called me yesterday or the day before so I didn't schedule my day around this appointment. The woman who called me was extremely unprofessional, telling me she didn't have time for anyone's frustrations right now. Family owned business...that was important to me as larger companies that farm out business has left a bad taste in my mouth. They are licensed and insured. Appointment was 830am and they came 10 minutes early. They were careful using foot booties(?) and tracked minimal dirt in house every time they came in and out. It seemed they were very thorough with each vent and return. The one complaint was using chemicals to clean each vent over our new sod but they promised to replace it if there were spots. I should have caught that earlier but they weren't too far into cleaning the vents and I diluted the areas with water as best I could. Hopefully we won't see much damage but if they are willing to replace it's not much of a concern to me. Very professional and nice. They worked with me on price and beat out competitor pricing. Manuel seems to be very experienced (told me 16 years experience) and directed the other technician efficiently. The other technician was being trained and the other regular was out. I have no experience in duct cleaning but the equipment seemed sufficient. Gas powered compressor vs electric with some competitors. There is no "video inspection" but did take before and after pictures. I would have liked to see a live feed but pricing and the aspect of family business was more important to me. They cleaned all the vents carefully. I only replaced 4 due to rust spots and staining. They were here 6 hours most likely from using less experienced help but I didn't mind since they were being very thorough and I had the time. They vacuumed 99% of the debris and then some...I was very satisfied with this but I still vacuumed afterwards anyways bc of the baby coming soon. The furnace and dryer vent was cleaned well. Everything seems to be in working order. Overall I was impressed with their thoroughness and manners. Pricing was just icing on the cake. I've read other reviews where other duct cleaners came off harshly sometimes but that's probably bc it wasn't their own business. I'm very glad I chose them. read more

Did a good job in my 2 floor house with 2 AC units for $600. Removed and cleaned each of the grills in all my vents. Sanitized them. Stuck a hose into each duct and cleaned them with a rotor. Sprayed sanitizer inside each duct. Used a wide hose to remove the dust from my 2 units upstairs. Took 4 hours and Manuel and his crew did a great job!!! I can breath and sleep much better and noticed the quality of air right away. I dont have pets and still there was so much dust and lint. The giant balloon which they put outside my house to collect all the junk and air from the hose suction, had half a bucket of dust and lint . Makes me wonder how about homes with pets? read more

What a pleasure doing business with Superior Duct Cleaning! I called Manuel about 6 months ago for an estimate to clean the duct work in my 2700 sq ft home. At the time we were planning to sell our house and had a couple more 'dust producing' projects yet to do, so Manuel suggested we finish those things before going forward with a duct cleaning- which made perfect sense. He was easy to talk to, answered my questions directly and without an overarching pitch for business. About 6 weeks ago they completed the duct cleaning I'd originally called about. Manuel and his crew were prompt, professional, and considerate of our digs- no fingerprints, nicked paint/marked up walls, they wore shoe coverings as other reviewers have mentioned, and made sure I knew (for example) when they were moving from one floor to another/when they expected to be finished/etc. They were here for about 6 hours. I should also mention that I have a history of having had a '$79 special' duct cleaning years ago (house 1/3 this size), and I don't know how I thought it worked at the time, but that company didn't have equipment that looked anything like what Manuel has- I was frankly surprised by the small blimp that floated next to the house while they were working. I'm completely satisfied with the results, will use them again as needed, and will recommend them to anyone asking if I know someone who does ducts. Great experience! read more
