He took everything apart and showed my husband (who hadn't the first clue about air conditioners). Jeff explained what exactly we needed and how much it should cost. The kicker here is that he spent a good hour with my husband reviewing all this, showing him things and writing up the details KNOWING that he couldn't do the work himself (he had personal conflict for several weeks that would keep him from doing the work himself). During installation, it was noted that the dryer vents were completely clogged--the pervious owners never cleaned the vents apparently and this was a major fire hazard. Within an hour of calling Rob, he was at our door and got our vents cleaned quickly. We then had Rob come a week later to clean all of our air ducts.
