While they attempted to fix it in June, they did not correct the issue and continue to come out and not fix the issue. I should also say the communication is terrible and they have not shown up several times, shown up at times different than what was scheduled and also did not communicate the time needed to do the work in advance. I've had a technician come and say he sees the issue and another technician come back and say he can't find the issue. I hired a different company to come and check their work and their technician found Premier didn't identify the correct issue (motor issue), didn't adjust the pressures correctly, didn't properly install the part they "fixed," and left an important filter off the unit without replacing or mentioning that it was not replaced. This company just seems to be incompetent and I cannot recommend anyone hiring them.

He serviced the furnace and fixed a part that was leaking carbon monoxide thru a tiny hole in the furnace. He did not charge for the part or for labor. I had an uneasy feeling about these guys right out of the gate, even the initial phone call didn't go well. Then I come to find out the technician called the wrong number to verify the appointment. That Sinking Feeling amped up when the technician told me he's been doing this since December. Long story short, the technician kept telling me that this part went bad, and that part went bad,and with each part my estimate was going up $500. After about four hours the estimate was at $1,500 and he still didn't figure out exactly what was wrong with the unit,and now he was calling for reinforcements. That's when I told him he needed to leave, I have a friend who used to work in the field, he came over and had the air conditioner running within 20 minutes,granted, he did have to go and buy a new motor which he installed and one or two other small parts. My part bill was about $250. It's a shame that they send these guys out with little or no experience to try to diagnose a problem,and then the company feels the need to bilk their customers. For those who want to try him, here is the summary, FYI: He posed as a legit company, and we believed and hired him to install our furnace and a/c 3 years ago in the late fall, but a) he charged us $400 more than quoted, and b) he did not charge the cooling agent in the a/c, promised to come back and adjust and charge it in the spring, but he never came back and stopped answering the phone, and I had to hire a dif. HVAC guy to charge the coolant. 3. Later on, it turned out he violated the fire and building code by installing a flexible gas hose to the furnace instead of solid metal drip leg for moisture and debris (to protect the gas line), and I have to hire a dif. HVAC company to do that too. 4. He is not a registered installer with any HVAC manufacturer, like Carrier, Trane, Lennox, etc.
