We also emailed and left voicemails for the Principal Broker, Lyndi Morrone, and never received a call back, which felt extremely unprofessional. The property owner was unaware of the dispute and indicated that RPM manages the security deposit without keeping owners informed. Based on this experience, I do not recommend renting from this company.

After 7 months of begging these unresponsive give a shit employees and at the request of Delegate Lee Ware the meter was finally exchanged and I'm now relieved of a $10.35/ month charge for some idiot to read the meter. Jesus Christ, this outfit should be named Dominion Energy Thieves. Tax payers deserve better than a monopoly to deal with when it comes to an expense such as electrical service. PERIOD !
