Class Act Inspections was amazing. Our 9th home purchase, this is one of the most detailed inspection reports we have ever reviewed. On the date of the inspection, we arranged another visit to the home for a "closer look/design ideas" walk thru. As buyers, this is the first time we have been on site to witness the inspection process in action. The "meet your inspector" email/photo that was sent the day before the inspection was impressive. When we arrived at the home, we were surprised that there were multiple inspectors diligently working on the inspection. On our closer look, we peppered the inspectors with questions a few times, and each time the inspector was courteous and happily answered our questions. The 98 page report that was submitted for our review included detailed photos and a pithy summary of red ink, easy to spot issues of note. We have bought several homes over the years, and of all the home inspectors, Class Act has been the best! Great service and follow up, very thorough and they go the extra mile to make sure that you understand what you need to know when buying a home. We first used Class Act to inspect a house we were looking to purchase and they found severe roofing problems that could have been very costly just a couple of years into owning the home. Luckily, that allowed us to get out of the contract without loosing anything. We used them again for the next house that we were looking to buy and the report was exceptionally detailed. Great job on our inspection. Beautiful presentation, VERY thorough and not one aspect of the house left untouched. We feel like we got our money's worth. In our case nothing was wrong with the house, but Class Act still gave us suggestions on things to prevent in the future, such as trimming a tree near a house to prevent pest entry, small stress cracks in the driveway which could become larger, and many more helpful items to be aware to prevent future maintenance. I hired Class Act Inspections for their home inspection services that they provided for a home that I am in contract to buy. The inspector was on time, courteous, thorough and all around professional. His detailed inspection report was delivered to me via e-mail within 6 hours after the inspection was completed.
