    Complete conversation where dealership refused to quote a price.

    Absolutely terrible experience. You cannot get them to put a price in writing and get lost in endless back and forth emails because they mark-up their cars. Sure, they will say "the car you are looking at is rare". No, it really isn't when you have several and other dealers in the area are selling at MSRP. After over two hours of trying to get a price the "sales coach" reaches out and tells me to buy at the other dealership...the honest one, selling at MSRP. I've been a sales coach and rule #1 of being a sales coach is do not alienate your potential customers. Big fail, as typical for Wyler...because Wyler is synonymous with greed in the Cincinnati area. They have marked the car up well above MSRP and lure customers in with the cars advertised at MSRP and pull the bait and switch. Not good customer service, deceptive and misleading.

    The sassy lil sales "manager" PATRICK KENYON (he told me he was the sales head) is a creep. He was so unprofessional towards me during a sale that I had to get up and leave in the middle of it by confronting me for not shaking his dirty hand.

    I had such a great experience at Superior Honda and will definitely be back for any future car buying needs! After being burned by dealerships in the past, I came into the sale feeling wary but the team at Superior made it easy to feel relaxed through the process! I particularly loved my experience with Will! He took his time to make sure I got a complete and thorough test drive, showed me all of the features of my new CR-V, and was sure to explain all of my options thoroughly! He was also very helpful in getting my insurance and registration switched over. All in all, they made this a painless buying process and I absolutely love my new CR-V! Would absolutely recommend buying from Superior Honda.

A very impressed with the selection he has he probably has at least 25 cars on his lot and they're all good quality cars at a great price. Well I drove the truck and I fell in love with it between me and him we worked on a price . One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. There is also a car lot across the street and there is also one to the left of him but if you read the reviews they do not have a great selection like he has or great customer service.

Cheats and liars to get every last dime out of you…read more Horrible experience and I'm still crying and upset days later left with a car not worth the money I have paid and will continue paying. They will confirm your trade-in amount and then the loan will be for a completely different (thousands less!) amount. The rate they made me take was NOT the lowest offered. Also, Jonathan my rep, told me of 2 cars I had wanted to see were NOT certified and not being accepted or good enough to sell. Well why were they on the website as certified? WHY are they still for sale now?! What does certify mean to Joesph Chevrolet? Nothing the same as you as the customer mean nothing. Bring your wallet!

I've tried to get a hold of management multiple times now. If you look around the dealership I'm sure you'll find a post it note with my name and number on it that someone is choosing to ignore. So not entirely sure how you can review anything when I can barely get my calls answered or get a call back. I bought my truck back in July of last year and have called over a dozen times and even stopped in a couple times to address issues. Your team promises a callback and I don't ever receive one is about how it goes every time. Your service department is horrendous. I 1000% stand by my initial statement about the sales team and service department. Your 1.4 rating and all the negative comments on here should be pretty evident that things don't run efficiently at your dealership and warrant some type of correction. I have resorted to luckily using my warranty that I purchased from Joesph, at another dealership that has fixed what was suppose to be taken care of at your dealership. That doesn't negate the $1400 overpayment of services I had to pay for to keep my warranty from being voided during what was suppose to be a basic oil change visit and minor assessment on my steering wheel controls and usb charge ports. When these services were suppose to be done at the time of purchase, before delivery of the vehicle and I was assured they were. I've had better luck leaving this yelp review to get any kind of correspondence from your dealership. Be nice if it didn't take drastic measures to get basic customer service.
