Will is a good communicator and has an amazing array of skills which emanate from his Education and Experience. Preface: I live in a 47yr old home that is almost entirely original. When it comes to trades, I'm also a helicopter homeowner and generally a bit of a micromanager. Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable. I will most certainly use Will's skills (had to say it) repeatedly for this original 47yr old house.

I called into Messick roofing and the owner Grant had picked up the phone. I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. The craftsmanship was very well done. They took very good care of my property during the roofing process. The attention, communication, and care during the job was absolutely what you want from a roofing company. I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Paul was also very kind enough to bring over a pound of dear meat that he caught from his last hunting trip which was beyond over the top. Though it had been garage kept at our house, the exterior was fairly baked from a summer in the Oklahoma sun while we lived in our RV in Tulsa. There were several recommendations for T-Mac's on Reddit and Yelp, so I went with them. I dropped it off and when I picked it up 24 hours later it was SPOTLESS! They took the TPMS sensors I use when towing it behind my RV and a few other things that had fallen under the seats and bagged them up for me. My dash cam had painters tape over it to prevent any cleaner from damaging it when they worked on windows and mirror. The leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, as was the WeatherTech floor protectors, center console and cup holders. Very happy with their staff, quality and service.
