Having trouble with our Honda Civic, making loud noises on the front drivers side. Got an appt. very quickly, had to leave the car at the time. Offered a ride home, very nice service. The wheel bearings were the cause of the loud noise. Fixed and ran great for a time, then noise started. Got in on Monday for a re-check. Made the adjustment to the wheel bearings. Out in less than a hour. Fast friendly service. Stand by their warranty. Hope I don't need them but will not hesitate to use them again. We called and asked how much an oil change was and the person we spoke to said $30. We also needed something else fixed so we took it in to have both things done. We paid and once we left we realized they didn't do the oil change on the car so we called to ask and they said that we could take the car back and we made sure again that it would be $30. We picked up the car and they charged us $50, not $30. We won't be back. read more

Took our 2006 Kia Sorrento there for a front wheel bearing, On this vehicle it is a press in part not like most cars pretty hard to change. So I had set up for them to do the work on Wed. That Monday night we dropped the car off in their lot. To my surprise on Tuesday afternoon they called to say the car was ready. Have used them multiple times and have always been treated fair and honest, their pricing for import repairs is the cheapest I've found in the entire greater Cincinnati area (I've owned imports for 20 years). Whenever anything goes wrong they are my first option, the only downside at all is they usually have at least a few days to a week waiting list, which I would assume is because of the quality of work they do. There was one instance when I was scheduled to go out of town and two days prior my my car had an issue, when I called and they told me they could get it in later that week I explained my situation and they scheduled me for the next morning and had my car completed by end of the day, which helped me stay on schedule for the upcoming road trip. the majority of the work they did for me was good, but make sure you double check your receipt and description of services. it may have been an honest mistake, but i got charged three hours of labor for three items (replacing vacuum hoses, fixing a coolant leak, and reprogramming my computer). well, i was told on the phone that is what was being fixed. turned out the "vacuum hoses" was actually the 3 minutes it took to clamp my air cleaner back together that i opened to spray starter fluid in to the intake. all my actual vacuum hoses were the same ones i came in with. the coolant still leaked, and maybe they did reprogram my computer, but how long did that really take? as for the actual quality of the repair, everything they fixed still seems to work, so just be careful how much you pay and what you're paying for. read more

I am a Huge sceptic and I found my experience there at Superior Imports was overall very good they did a good job for me and at the end of the day, thats what counts. I had them do a head job on my car. And within 3 weeks the engine blew up. So I had it towed back to them to have a look at it, and they wanted nothing to do with it. They knew they screwed something up because they refused to even bring it in the garage and investigate what the problem was. Never again would I take me car to them. read more
