We hired Billy Jones and his wife, Jamie Jones, co-owners of Rescue Grading & Landscaping, also known as Rescue Outdoor Living and Pinnacle Mountain Outdoor Solutions, to complete our backyard. Our yard was demolished and left unfinished. Almost 12 weeks later, the promised materials were never delivered, and Billy stopped showing up or answering our calls. An equipment rental company even came to our home looking for a machine they told us had been rented for our project but had not been paid for. We are now left with an unsafe, unusable backyard and will have to hire someone else to repair and complete the work. Please be extremely careful before hiring Billy Jones, Jamie Jones, or any of these companies. We have pictures, messages, payment records, and videos documenting our experience. We are sharing this because nobody else should be left in this situation.

He checked the entire system, replace one sprinkler head, and set up the watering schedule for me. I especially appreciate that when I asked if I needed to replace the 24-year-old controller, he DIDN'T try to cash in, he told me the one I had was was absolutely working fine and didn't need to be updated yet! AllPro Irrigation performed a winterization on December 5, 2025 and failed to close a valve in the…read moreunderground irrigation box resulting in January and December water bills totaling $1951.51. I discovered the issue January 11 when reviewing the December water bill of $715.31. The water department came out immediately to shut down the main and discovered the AllPro underground valve was left open. An hourly water usage report shows the problem began at the time of the AllPro servicing December 5th. The Water Department did provide a credit of $$796.66. AllPro owner Josh Hillis refused to investigate or take any responsibility despite several emails, texts and phone calls requesting investigation and reimbursement. We filed a civil suit against AllPro with the Spartanburg Magistrate who ruled in our favor with a judgment of $1100.55. To date, AllPro has not attempted to pay despite telling the Spartanburg County Sheriff they would do so in two weeks in early July. We spent over $25,000 with AllPro before this incident on irrigation and sod. We are disappointed and outraged with the lack of integrity and ethics with AllPro.

They completed the project and we paid for the service. After waiting a couple days for the wet areas around the valves to dry, we realized that they were leaking as bad if not worse than before they repaired them. We had no problem with this realizing it is a difficult project. The problem came when we called and left a message asking them to come out and check it out. A very cordial message was left every 2 days for a 10 day period and no response. We still gave them the benefit of being on vacation or extremely busy. We waited a week and called them 2 more times both times leaving a message. Still no response. At that point we realized that we paid them for nothing and hired a competent repair company to come out and fix the system. We paid 2 companies full price to have one repair completed. Long story short, I would certainly never use autumn rain or recommend them to anyone.
