Jason offered to stop by at 8am on Monday morning to take a look. He walked in on the first day of camp for 3 kids so my house was pure chaos (sorry Jason!), but he got right to work and fixed the washer after identifying the issue was a string caught from one of my 15. year olds bikinis. It's always the kids who seem to break the applicances. They were very responsive, right on time and got the job done. 5 stars for that!

We have had these appliances for 9 years. The machines are stacked in a pretty small area unfortunately. Jason came the next day no problem. Jason absolutely worked his butt off. This was no easy job. The machines are large and heavy . He did a lot of physical labor to fix the dryer and check the washer. We absolutely appreciated his work. No more laundromat! The ladies just packed up and left without letting me look around first. It was probably the worst cleaning I have ever had. Very basic things were missed, like a whole bar top still had crumbs and dust on it and the showers and tub were dirty and dry. For a deep clean it was just really unacceptable. As a business owner I would think Maria would be mortified and apologetic, which she wasn't really. It was odd. She did give me a discount which I appreciated. She encouraged me to book again with different cleaners, but when I messaged her to do that, she never responded. Bad business practices. Would not recommend even if her prices are lower than competitors.
