The only exception was our bridge that needed additional boards replaced. This was a small add-on and considering the hassle for me to haul up six 2x6 10 foot boards, it was well worth the price. They left this additional add-on entirely up to me to decide and were no pressure whatsoever. In addition to Mike, all his staff were exceptionally nice to work with. From Christy in the front office that worked with me and my annoying bank (they put limits on my initial Zelle payments) to Uriel the lead painter that was helpful in letting me know about the other bridge boards that needed possible attention. This was a pretty long journey to get Felipe to do the amazing job he did at my house…read more When we purchased our house In November of 2025, we knew we need to have it painted. The paint looked old and from talking to our neighbors, the house had changed hands a few times but hadn't been painted in about 25 years. While my wife started looking for color schemes, I began dreading how much this was going to cost. In May we went to a local Dunn Edwards Store and I saw they had business cards on a board near the exit. The business cards were for painters who worked our area. I took several business cards and started making calls, one of which was to Felipe. This was on a Saturday and he came over the same day within a few hours to give me a quote. His price was reasonable and then things at work slowed down. Took me a few months to save up to have the house painted. Once I was ready, I called up Felipe and scheduled a day. He was in constant communication about the start and what the process would be. Since a few months had passed, I was thinking he would say the price had changed. Felipe did none of that, he honored the original price quoted and I was glad. The first day was all pressure washing the 25 years of dirt and grime off. The second day was patching stucco and the beginning of painting. The third day finishing up painting and a lot of detail work. My wife and I did a pre-walk through and she has a good eye for seeing a lot of missing detail work. By the time Felipe called us out, he had caught the majority of the stuff my wife had noticed.
