I felt their price for the work outlined was excessive but I had no other choice if I was going to get my wife and newborn son back home. With the terms agreed upon they began the work the next day. Much to my surprise, Hypro did not show up. Two Ulraniane fellows, who could barely spoke a stitch of English, showed up and dug a 3' by 6' hole. No equipment, just shovels. I was able to determine that they were sub contractors to Me Rooter, who was contracted by Hypro to do the work. My issue arrises form the fact that the guys did not complete the work as agreed upon with Hypro. After a few calls I was assured that the work would be completed properly. It wasn't. I won't bore you with more details but it wasn't what I was promised and paid for. Hopefully it the pipe doesn't settle too much and stands up to the weight load.

They provided assurance that they would troubleshoot and diagnose the issue before making any decisions on the parts that were failing. They were prompt for when they would arrive. They had 2 techs arrive plus a trainee - Sukhdeep, Balkar and Avtar. They explained in detail what was working and what was not. It was very beneficial and efficient to have multiple techs so they could be at the HVAC unit and thermostat. The condo service maintenance suggested the problem was the actuator. Sukhdeep and Balkar demonstrated that the actuator was working fine so that saved me from replacing a part that didn't need replacing. Their team is awesome and would highly recommend them.

His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future. I had a water leak at the shut off valve to my dishwasher drain hose. Water was leaking underneath…read moremy sink and I had to go to the basement to turn the whole-house water valve closed. But that meant I didnt have access to water anymore. I couldn't make the repair myself because it was pex piping on the other side of the valve, and i didn't have the skill or tools to do it. So, I called Jaytech Plumbing and asked if they could send someone quickly. Within about 25 minutes, Tom showed up at my house from Jaytech and he was super friendly and understanding. He gave me a very affordable quote on the spot, which I agreed to and he got to work right away and fixed my issue quickly. Valve replaced, water operating perfectly again and everything was good. From the time I called Jaytech to the time my issue was fixed, it was about 1 hour. Absolutely Outstanding Performance by Jaytech. I was so happy, it lifted my spirit for the reset of the day. I really recommend these guys at Jaytech. Plumbers are the service providers that you need to have saved to your phone so when an emergency happens, you already know who to call to get it fixed super fast.

When I turned on the indoor tap leading to my outdoor garden hose water gushed out inside (where it wasn't supposed to). Dy's visit #1 led to an easy diagnosis: the original bleeder cap hadn't been put on in the fall. (Prior to this I had no idea was at bleeder cap was.) The plumbers suggested that I could easily fix the problem by buying a replacement. I did this but again water gushed out after I installed it. I was prepared to pay $$$ to repair faulty indoor tubing. When I called back to set up visit #2, the plumber encouraged me to try to find the original bleeder cap and offered to look through his supply of old parts for one. It was possible there was a slight difference in the cap I bought. The second visit was promptly set up. When I looked very carefully, I did find the original bleeder cap but was gun-shy about trying again myself. Visit #2: The plumber put the original cap on. No water leaked out. I got clear instructions about what to do when I disconnect the hoses in the fall and there was no charge. My husband died several months ago and this exchange gives me reassurance that I've got good support in my own community.
