Ok...Fair is Fair!! I have been with this pool service company for two weeks. The first week I dealt with the owner Michael. Nice guy, arranged for my first "cleanup" service since I let my last company go. He texted a follow up after George came and did my first service, wanted to know how it went, etc. Today is my first regular service....i am blown away! I just got an email saying George came by...I knew that because I saw him parking his truck earlier...and was happy to see him as my pool after one week is already looking great!! Anyway, this email showed me my chemical levels, with a note that George had added some chemicals, so stay out of the pool for a few hours. But, what blew me away, are the pics of before and after attached to the email. Pics showing that they he vacuumed, and even that he had shut the gate after servicing the pool. Even a pic of where all the valves are positioned!! My old company...never really knew if they had stopped by or not!! Never heard of a pool company with service at this level. Anyone out there looking for a better pool company? Give this group a try...they understand great service...and it's obvious that they pride themselves in doing a great job!! Our 20 year old Hayward pump for our spa was not working and making a real loud noise. The filtering system was also not working and the spa was green with algae. I shopped around and talked to a bunch of dudes. Mike's pricing was a little on the higher side and for that reason I decided not to go with him. That said, the communication was impeccable. Within 30 minutes of shooting him a message, he was at my house looking over my system. Mike was very personable and exceptionally knowledgeable in all things pool. He spent an hour with me talking things through, giving tips and answering all my questions. Service like that is priceless -- except, apparently, to me.
