When I walked inside, the staff refused to take my packages, claiming the registers were already shut down. As I went back to my car to grab my phone, they immediately locked the door behind me. If a business states they are open until 4:00 PM, they should accept customers until 4:00 PM. Turning away paying customers early is completely unacceptable.

I ignored it because they have done Work in the past for me then I come to pick up my decals to find out that he only printed one Side for my vehicle. Who does that? Who puts decals on one side of their vehicle only? So I asked him and he mumbled, and I didn't even really understand his reasoning, but proceeded to tell him that I was disappointed with my service that he did apologize, but no discount and I certainly will not be coming back here as there are a lot of places that do the same Work as they do.
