Extremely disappointed with the service today. I arrived at 3:50 PM--ten minutes before their posted 4:00 PM Sunday closing time. The security gate was already halfway closed. When I walked inside, the staff refused to take my packages, claiming the registers were already shut down. As I went back to my car to grab my phone, they immediately locked the door behind me. If a business states they are open until 4:00 PM, they should accept customers until 4:00 PM. Turning away paying customers early is completely unacceptable. read more

Dropped my package off for UPS shipping at this store. Then it magically disappeared. UPS tracking shows the label was created, then no additional movement. As far as UPS states, package never left the store. Of course the store won't take responsibility. Filed my claim 5 weeks ago, still no outcome or package. read more

Don't be fooled by any information on the UPS website especially when it comes to Passport Photos. The site site states explicitly: "On a deadline to get your passport taken care of quickly? We offer a variety of U.S. postal services for guaranteed on-time delivery to the National Passport Processing Center, as well as package tracking visibility." This is patently false. Being led by this misinformation I made an appointment online at this location for a passport photo. I got email notifications of this appointment and even reminders. When I arrived at my appointment the attendant stated that he knew nothing of it and had gotten no emails to inform him. He said he was out of ink to print the pictures and that they did not offer delivery to the National Center. So if you don't want to waist a lot of time and actually get a passport photo, the company to try is Walgreens. They did an amazing job and I've now completed my online passport application which is being processed. Don't go down the rabbit hole with a dysfunctional company like UPS. read more

Prices are ridiculous, $ 4.95 just to print out 2 sheets; i ended up going to Staples at the Esplanade and pay $1.36 print from email plus 2 copies more, totaling $3.15 and I got some coupons on top of that; compared with the $4.95 that I was going to pay from that UPS store. I wouldn't recommend that shop store at all. read more

Came here to drop off an Amazon package for return since the wrong item was sent to me. I was informed at the counter that they would need to "print" my shipping label - it couldn't be scanned on my phone- and the charge for the piece of paper to print it was $4.95. For 1 sheet of paper?!? I asked the young associate why I needed to pay (had never happened with any other drop off however this was my first time at this store) and he said it's the owner of this stores "policy". So... my advice is- GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Do not use this location. Why would I pay that much for one sheet of paper to return something that I didn't even order?! read more

Words cannot express how wonderful this location is. The staff here are quick and diligent!! On my first visit, Jesus made sure to contact me for an Access Point package I had trouble tracking. It was supposed to be sent to my home but I forgot to be home at the time of delivery. He went out of his way and contacted the UPS warehouse to modify the drop off location!! My second experience was with the store manager, Liana. She was friendly and knowledgeable about Amazon returns. There's even a guide in the store in case you have trouble returning your Amazon packages!!!!!! Thank you thank you ups store staff! This is OFFICIALLY my favorite ups store by far. I have visited this UPS Store several times to do Amazon returns. Never disappointed. However, most recently my visit to The UPS store to get a document notarized was beyond 5 stars! Liana helped me with getting my document notarized. She was super friendly and professional. It was like I was having my best friend notarize my document haha. Since I'm new to Ventura County she even gave me some recommendations of places to eat and hike in Ventura County. Who would of thought getting a document notarized would be so delightful! They do not provide Wi-Fi and there building does not allow you to pick up your Wi-Fi basically had to walk down the sidewalk to get service to send them an email to makes copies that cost 4.99 ridiculous. GET WIFI read more

Paid $100+ for a next day air which I do several times a month at different stores and this store doesn't supply free next day air envelopes and requires you to purchase your own. No other stores require this, if you buy a NDA label, a padded ups envelope is included. Not at this store. Employees are nice and even said other stores do it but not there's. Owners must be very cheap. Not getting my business anymore. read more

I can't believe this store is allowed to handle mail! I stopped using this store a few months ago mostly due to the poor interpersonal skills of the girl managing the intake. But my boyfriend used them to overnight some important documents to me. The package arrived but had not been sealed or secured in another more secure envelope. And BTW, same girl, why is she still working there??!! Must be related to the owner. Do NOT trust this store with your mail!! Save yourself the trouble and go to another store. read more

Came here because I needed to print something from my phone and asked if they had Bluetooth printers the lady said no but they do have a computer you can use for minimum charge of I think it was 3.95 I only needed 2 prints I think it's expensive for 2 prints. Being that UPS is a well known company I would expect them to have updated technology now that you can do everything on your phone. I ended up going to fed ex the have an email you can forward your prints and print them. read more

I would rather wait in line at the post office. I've been calling for over two wks trying to figure out what is going on with a package that didn't get delivered. First they told me it was getting sent back to their store (couldn't tell me why), a wk later when I called to see if the package was ready for me to pick up they said they couldn't find it and didn't have record of it being shipped back. I was told it was actually getting delivered. FF 5 days later and the package still hasn't gotten delivered. It seems like their just feeding me lies. This review is LONG OVERDUE! This "The UPS Store is Fantastic". I got a small private mailbox so that I could receive my packages and not have to fear "porch pirates". Well, let me say that the experience was seamless. Jesus helped me and answered all my questions. I have been getting my packages there and on occasion (when I had a few boxes) they even helped me to my car! The nicest thing is that even though I feel I am a relatively new customer, (since July 2022) I have always been greeted in a pleasant and courteous manner, and one time they even had my packages waiting for me at the counter as I made my way into the store (They could see me approaching the store as I walk very slowly). I love this store, and both Jesus and Alex are terrific. They always have a smile on their faces and they are ready, willing and able to answer any questions! It's so refreshing!! I have observed their interactions with other customers and they are just as pleasant, so it's not like I'm "special"... this store is just run beautifully, efficiently, and professionally. Another pleasant surprise is that they carry packing and office supplies. The store is very neat and clean. Everything seems very well organized. I've had to go into ups multiple times and I have been helped very well every time. Most of the time I go in for copies and the workers always take their time making sure they are giving the best service possible. Came here to ship a UPS package, as well as a USPS envelope- both of which were prepaid and already had labels. They wanted to charge me $2 to send the USPS envelope. I understand that this is not the post office, but the mailman picks up the mail for free... why am I being charged when I've already paid for postage? I can't offer enough praise for the efficiency and customer service of the entire staff I've encountered. Considering we were bunkered down to keep the 'rona away I found solace in retail therapy on amazon. Truthfully speaking I'm a hoarder of all necessities and a sucker for anything that I could possibly need if offered at a discounted rate. We're talking 20-30 packages a week for our household. This ups store has become a weekly pit stop for returns. The fellas that work here are great and I forget their names but Liana and Kristen handle my hot messness with grace and what I always hear to be a smile. At least that's what I hear through their masks. Their eyes, tone and body language cohesively communicate a comforting soothing service. It's turned into a highlight knowing that when I come in here they really take care of me as the customer demonstrating what above and beyond truly means. I may perhaps learn a thing or two about interacting with the public especially during a time of such heightened tensions, angst and emotions. Went in today and had a bad experience with rude attitude from the lady that works there. Almost like if she didn't want to help or go out of the way to make sure my package was there. I don't understand why you can't be nice. You have to work your shift anyways might as well do it with a good attitude. If you can't then don't work there it's that simple. So frustrating! read more

Store manager Liana and co-worker Shannon were very helpful and provided me the number to call Amazon, while I sat in my car. The shipping label was emailed to me and I forwarded it to the manager who printed it saving me a lot of time and stress. This store is great! read more
