The Shade Store was so unhelpful and unresponsive, so I started reaching out to places on Yelp. Precision Window Treatments responded very quickly and had the motor I needed in stock (and if I wanted the newer one, they would have still gotten it quickly). I had an appointment scheduled with a clear quote. Everything was SO quick, easy and efficient. They arrived today (side note, was a complete gentleman and brought in packages that were on my porch) and got right to work. He actually had the motor replaced within minutes, made sure everything worked, programmed it to my remote and even ensured that it was recognizing it and working on my app before leaving.
