    Amazing, amazing, amazing! I loved the entire process of choosing our shades and drapery around our home. We had a large number of windows and I wanted specifically a clean and minimal aesthetic to complement our home. I was very specific on the type of drape hardware that I wanted, and she was able to find an even better one for me (most importantly: strong enough to withstand toddler tugs). Gina was prompt, super communicative, and came with tons of samples and options and she DELIVERED! We went with a combination of light-filtering drapes and shades in areas that we wanted light to shine through, but wanted the privacy. In bedrooms, we went for ultimate darkness with room-darkening shades & drapes. In our kitchen, we went with faux roman shades with light filtering shades to hide our slightly uneven windows. When it came time to install, we got prompt messages confirming install times, and it was a super smooth process. Bobby the installer was amazing as well. He took exact measurements, and took time to install every single drape and shade (super impressive, as we had over 30 to install) with so much attention to detail. You absolutely won't regret going with Gina for your window treatments. Highly, highly recommend!!

    I don't write reviews nearly as often as I should but really felt compelled to do so after having an extraordinary, best-in-class experience with Ocean Shades & Drapery. I am a first time home owner and had never ordered custom drapery before. Gina could not have been more helpful, personable, and down to earth! She helped me pick fabrics from what felt like at least 75 options (probably more) and and also helped me think about design, layout, and placement choices that I had not and would not have considered. Quite honestly she really held my hand through the process and that is exactly what I needed! The drapes were installed on Saturday and I cannot stop looking at them! They are so beautiful and have really given our home a face lift! My only wish is that I had more windows so that I could work with Gina and her team more! Just beautiful and worth every penny.     AVOID 3 Day Blinds - Sloppy work, delays, and terrible service…read more I placed an order with 3 Day Blinds for a motorized skylight shade and the experience was a complete nightmare: Two wrong-size orders Over 2 months to finally get it installed I had to file a credit card dispute just to get someone to take action They offered a weak 7% refund after I asked for a fair resolution -- then ignored my reply And now, less than a week after install, I'm left with exposed, dangling wires (see attached photos). Zero cable management, no attention to detail -- and no response to fix it. Even the installer was venting about how chaotic their internal team is -- which explains a lot. They're more focused on sending "How did we do?" surveys than actually resolving problems. If you're considering working with them -- save yourself the headache.

    I'm writing to share my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Last week, I scheduled my…read morefirst client consultation (For June 7th appointment), expecting everything to go smoothly. However, on the day of the appointment, Alex, the consultant, called me just an hour before the meeting to cancel. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially as I work in the medical field and had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate this consultation, given she only gave an hour's notice. Alex explained she was feeling unwell and suggested rescheduling at my earliest convenience. I told her that due to my home commitments and schedule, next week or following week wouldn't work, and I preferred tomorrow (June 8th) Sunday appointment after work. She wanted to accommodate me since she cancelled on me last minute. She said she will call me back to confirm Sunday's appointment with her boss or another consultant if not her will do the consult but she just had to confirm with her boss first. Unfortunately, hours passed without any update, and my texts to her went unanswered. I then reached out to customer service, Alice, and I explained to her my whole situation. She said she made a note on their system and she also called Alex, the consultant, to figure out what's going on. She said per Alex's instructions, she advised her to tell me to me wait for her call. As the day ended at around 7pm (pacific time) without feedback or call, I decided to initiate the call to Alex. She agreed to the Sunday appointment and confirmed. This whole back and forth dragged from 1pm to 7pm without any word from Alex, again, the ball was dropped here, but I started to feel better when she said Sunday is good to go. Things suddenly took a strange turn when she said she was surprised when she went to see her calendar for Sunday, as I wasn't scheduled because someone supposedly canceled my appointment using my identity, claiming I didn't want skylights. This left me so puzzled since I was unaware of what skylights were, and I hadn't canceled my consultation. I wouldn't put in so much effort only to cancel, leaving me so bewildered with what she was saying. Especially since I haven't even met or discussed anything with this person. Alex kept saying she's confused because on the system it shows it's cancelled again so she can't accommodate Sunday anymore and that the company is closed so she can't call until Monday. The whole situation seemed so absurd, leaving me frustrated and skeptical of both Alex and the company. Scheduling an initial appointment shouldn't be this difficult, and the same-day cancellation was a major inconvenience due to my busy schedule. I told her to just let me know now if they can't schedule me, so I don't go through the hassle of going after work on a Sunday only to find out it's canceled again. I'm extremely disappointed and have lost trust in this company. If this is the case and I'm already struggling at the start, imagine what challenges could arise as we move forward. I won't go with this company; I've already been left with a sour impression. Proceed with caution!
