I'm a younger homeowner and felt that the other 4 shower door companies that quoted me for a frameless shower door were trying to take advantage of that. Robert, Kenny, and their team were very respectful, gave fair pricing, and even pointed out some things that could be fixed. The other companies were in and out and seem to overcharge, while Superior Shower Doors took their time to explain everything AND they have a lifetime warranty, so if anything were to start leaking or whatever, they will come right back out and fix it at no charge. I emailed them (from the web site) to get a quote. Robert called me right back to ask some questions. He gave me a quote. I agreed to have a measure done. His brother called and arranged a time. We agreed on how it should lay out, type of glass and hardware color. He didn't change the price when we made the shower 3" taller. He said you are already above the normal size of a 78" height (I think that was normal). I appreciated his honesty. He then said we don't charge a dime until the job is done. They got straight to work and had everything completed in about an hour. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The install looks great! Superior is a straight forward company. There's no pressure from up selling. Upgrades are no problem though as I upgraded to low iron glass and a different door handle. Superior Shower Doors did a fabulous job of installing our frameless shower glass. Last December we found black mold behind the tile in our shower and ended up having to remove the shower frame, tear out all of the tile, and part of the wall. The whole process took almost 6 months to repair, but then Superior Shower Doors came along. I sent a text with a few pictures of our shower to get a quote and the same day Superior Shower Doors sent someone out to take measurements of our shower.
