They were ready right at my appointment time and I was out of there in 15 minutes. It was hot and I was offered a place to sit out of the heat and a bottle of water right away. Very friendly, personable and efficient. I mentioned Yelp and got a discount. I will be back next year! read more

I had a really great experience with Norik at Superior Smog. I bought this as a Groupon and blindly picked but apparently the universe wanted to ensure I picked correctly and put this jewel of a place in front. All of the reviews were spot on. You schedule an appointment, your time is reserved for you, you get in and out. Norik was polite, considerate and thorough. Definitely will go back for my smog needs. read more

FAST AND FRIENDLY! I found this place on Groupon and figured, "eh..might as well." I am so used to smog checks being the worst part of my day and the people working at these places being quiet or rude. Not the case here AT ALL. Both men working were so incredibly nice. I drove up and immediately got helped, and during the entire check (which only took about 10 minutes,) they both carried on conversations with me. It was so great. If you need a smog and want great customer service....this is the place for sure! read more

I had a Groupon for a smog test. I called and made a appointment. I arrived early and just waited in my car. The technician saw me and said to pull the car up, he had a cancellation. Everything went pretty straight forward and I was done about 15-20 minutes later. Noriega was the name of the technician that did my test. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again. read more

I had a great experience the first time with the owner there but this time with the employee not as great. This time the guy said $60 for the test I stated I had a groupon for $35 plus the $8.75 certificate fee. Once I said that he told me to" sit down and wait", the chairs were where I couldn't see under the hood, as I sat there I heard a lot of commotion under the hood. He did the whole test and said it passed everything except for the visual a loose hose clamp. I had not had any work done since the last smog test and the clap was so loose blind person could see it. I tightened the clamp and said "its fixed" he said I had to come back and pay $25.00 for a retest. when I came back a few days later it passed no problem. Not sure how a clamp could have gotten that loose and the intake "slip" off of a tight non pressurized connection. I would think if I was driving with the clamp that loose and the "intake" off the car would have given me a check engine light or ran rough or something with the amounts of sensors on cars today. read more

Came here yesterday for a last minute smog test. I found this place via Groupon and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Appointment was very quick and overall I was very satisfied however the building was a little hard to find. Place is nothing special but for a 10-15 minute appointment it wasn't bad at all, guy is very friendly! read more

For those who must use a "test only" smog center, this is a great place to go. Technician Norik saw me through a few tests. I've an older car (2002 VW GTi) and the check engine light is a constant nuisance. Norik would pre-check my codes and assisted me in finding what repairs I might make. Appointments are taken so rarely does one have to wait to be tested. Best of all, a Groupon coupon can be used to save a few bucks. read more

Waited for car ahead of me to finish, then took 10 min. to get my 2001 Mercedes checked and passed. Price is right. When I popped in, I asked him what the price was and he quoted me $35 complete with certificate. Noric has a dry sense of humor and seems to like what he does. Highly recommend. read more

I've gone to other smog places before and they are usually quiet and just assume you don't care what's happening. so it was nice to be in the loop. They also offered DMV services which was convenient for me and my husband . Full disclosure I intended to write this review whether my car passed or not . Those are the things the business cannot control. Just like any other business or service it may or may not go in your favor specially if necessary steps are not taken . I definitely will be coming back in the future and recommend this place to friends and family.

Went here to get my smog check today! Very satisfied with service. Great customer service, I had the pleasure of working with Tony and he was professional and efficient. Highly recommend this smog center. They will send the certificate to Sacramento and you don't have to deal with the hassle and DMV. I had an appointment so I was in and out in now time.
