Here's a doozy.. Took our newer Ford Van in for undercoating. Long story short, our van was held up…read morefor over a week, and now WE'RE forced to install the under-floorpan insulation OURSELVES. Why? Apparently they had to remove some panels under our van to coat the frame well. OK. But the kid who removed the panels left early, apparently he never documented how these FACTORY STOCK insulation panels mount. So NO-ONE at the shop could figure out how they attach... Our van was on hold for 3 more days until the kid came back to work.. guess what! He doesn't remember either!!! Auto-One did reach out to the local ford dealer for advice. But suffice to say, that didn't help. They literally told us good luck, for us to install them, and knocked a measly $50 off the bill. WTF!? So now we're crawling underneath the van to figure out this puzzle... What kind of shop removes something and cannot figure out how to put it back together!? And then says TOO BAD! And makes the customer do it??? Unbelievable, we can't stop talking about this!!

1 Star I contacted Anthony C, owner of Attention To Details,…read moreearly afternoon on May 2nd 2023 to see about getting a car detailing gift card for my wife as a Mother's Day present. We discussed the cost to do a complete detailing (inside and out) of her SUV. He explained the cost and what would be done. I subsequently went to his web site and arranged for the gift card in the amount he indicated and had it addressed to my wife's email. The gift card charge to my credit card was unexpectedly instantaneous even though I had requested it not be sent to my wife until May 6th. The quickness of the charge upset me and 2 hours later I decided to cancel the card. I contacted the gift card company, giftfly.com, who indicated they could not cancel at their end and that I should contact Anthony directly. They gave me his email address which, by the way, is not on his website. I composed the email and sent it off asking him to cancel the gift card immediately. My email bounced back as undelivered. No such web site. I called Anthony's mobile 3 times over the next day and half before he finally got back to me. He said he could cancel the gift card but that he would have to get into his giftfly account to accomplish that task and, when he had cancelled my gift card, he would get back to me to verify the task had been completed. It's now 3 full days since that conversation and still no word from him. I cannot recommend his company based on what I consider to be his poor customer service. He appears to not be very cooperative nor responsive. At least a call back to say it's taking longer than usual because .... would be appropriate and professional. I am not a cynical person, but I'm beginning to feel very nervous about ever getting my money ($400 plus) back from him. In the meantime, I have contacted my credit card company to report the incident and to dispute the charge.
